I have been going to Chuck E. Cheese quite often over the past 15 years with my kids and sometimes by myself because I love the pizza and it’s delicious but I’ve Been to multiple locations, including Gallatin, Antioch, and cool Springs as well as many locations out of state and I’ve seen some iffy ones and then I come to this location, which I like to come to as often as I can with my children or my godchildren and there’s very few employees at that store that I can honestly say deserve to work there there’s one manager I believe his name is Scott that is an absolute sweetheart. There is a couple employees that are also wonderful there is a woman that plays Chucky. I believe her name is Pattie and she is the best, not only Chucky but employee I’ve seen her run back to become Chucky for the children finish being Chucky run back change come back out and then the people that were supposed to be helping us and helping other people with birthday party, cleanup, and all of that are doing nothing I’ve heard multiple employees. Ask her to go and take care of something for them when they’re doing nothing and then there’s issues with kid Check because nobody is ever doing it I have been There in person and watched a few children go out the door on accompanied one of which was around two and could’ve easily gotten run over and then you go to the counter to make your purchase for all the game and food and all of that and there is a woman that I’ve noticed. I’ve seen it several times that if you do not take your change, she will pocket the change. She will keep your change instead of waving you down and trying to give it to you. Which that is the because people are already dealing with anywhere from 3 to 20 kids while they’re placing an order so they’re gonna get forgetful about their change. It is the employee‘s job to give it to them there are also employees that it is their job to set up for birthday parties, etc., and I’ve done enough birthday parties with my child at multiple locations that I know how it’s supposed to go and they just throw the stuff on the table and then when it’s time to do the birthday song and they just do not go and get Chucky. Luckily when Pattie is Chucky, I’ve noticed she’s the one that’s the most attentive takes care of the kids and shows up on time every time for the birthday song. There is also a manager named Aaron that I don’t know how he became a manager And after speaking to several different employees I’ve been informed that he’s about to be the general manager and I don’t know how he knows about the stealing at the registers. He knows that most of the employees at that store put all of their work on Pattie and Scott and a couple other employees but honestly, I don’t know how he is still a manager, and I’ve never been so disappointed and I’ve been inside Chuck E. Cheese where people had fall out brawls. I’ve been in Chuck E. Cheese locations that honestly needed to be closed down, but the disrespect that I can physically see with my own eyes and here with my own ears coming from a manager, that’s supposedly about to be a general manager towards his employees is disgusting. He’s the reason that the kid check doesn’t happen. He’s the reason that people are being stolen from he genuinely should not be in that position and you can tell that majority of the employees get away with it because he lets them and you can tell that the good employees Are frustrated with that, but they do not let that get in the way of their jobs, which is entertaining the children and keeping them safe, and I have already sent out a private message to the owner and CEO of Chuck E. Cheese, bringing his attention to this as well because Aaron The so-called manager is going to get this place sued or he’s gonna have kids get severely injured and cover it up somehow with all the covering up, I’ve seen him doing he is dangerous also, before you ask I know the employees names because I made a point to ask, especially when some of them are extremely dangerous to have in a higher position and some are perfect...
Read moreBooked in advance for a Birthday party.....This place was like a business run by teenagers! The pizza was ordered the girl at the register did not tell people where to put numbers! This being the first time in 12+ years being there I asked because I did not know and I don't think even she knew. Once we did receive the pizza it was so hard you probably could of threw at a wall and damaged it. To beat that we had to ask for plates! The plates were so bent up they looked like they had been sat on. We were never addressed asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The cheese bread was burned and when my family member told the girl about it she got smart and said that's how its served!!!!! So you serve burnt food? So after this all tally up we complained they remade the pizzas and gave me a whooping $5 discount. I had already paid $50 deposit. So basically that was like laughing in my face. The other parties we shared room with blocked up the stairs and when said excuse me they wouldn't move! I don't know if they were pretending that was their house or what but, I paid for my spot just as well. I am very dissatisfied with this place its overrated, overbooked, no customer service, overcooked food & on & on I could write but, take my advice just steer clear of...
Read moreWe had my sons birthday party there. The party experience in general was overall good. But the management was not up to par! Firstly this was our first time @chuck e cheese so we had brought in outside drinks, cups. The hostess came back a little later and said we wasn't allowed outside food and drinks (ok no problem). Then management came up while she was telling us this and was rude about the whole situation. Then we had guest running late but we know that they're on a time schedule and never once did we ask them to hold the show!! But the manager once again came back and was rudely saying "we can't hold the show for you" and once we said "yes, we know, that's fine" he still kept on. At the end of everything, we get our bill. The hostess told us, "no rush just pay when you're ready". So we went to play some games with the guest. Well she (maybe 5 mins in) saw my husband and told him "my manager wants you to pay now". Well we obviously did, as we were going to anyways. My son had a blast, so that's all that truely matters, and the hostess was nice. But if I had to rate just on management customer service, it'd literally only get 1*. Will travel to...
