I work nights with my partner, which I already know is a horrible time to order from any fast food restaurants but a year ago I guess he was a night shift manager, or someone higher up... either way he was someone who knows what they were doing. Or maybe he had just been there for a long time idk. But when he was there or anyone he trained was there ( anyone he trained didn't stay long after I guess he left) if anything was wrong about our shakes or food was incorrect they'd fix it no questions asked no attitude no pretending they couldn't hear or understand me. But now the lady who can't seem to make up her mind on if she wants to be asian or Hispanic, I guess she has multiple personality disorder or something because she can't make up her mind on what language shes pretending to speak. She has never once got my order right it's either the shakes are wrong entirely. Even got a plane shake once from her. Like who the hell would order that from here. Oreo anything never gets broken down pieces it's always whole oreos with caked up peanut at the bottom of the cup or barley Any cheese cake pieces. Then the food for tonight as a example. I tried to order a tray. I know for a fact I didn't say jr tray bc I'm not a child. I said "I'd like to order A TRAY of chicken quesadillas, and make that a DOUBLE up on sides. Of hush puppies and cheese curds " then I ordered My drink and shake with it. Some how she managed to type jr tray, got to the chicken part right but didn't double up anything side wise. And the shake was melted to hell. I go back through the drive thru to only want to get my chicken quesadillas fixed bc my partner and I were sharing the tray and it's suppose to come with two. I normally don't get mad easily but when this ..... Lady kept interrupting me acting like she couldn't understand me, iris you're not going to be leaving the fast food business acting like a 12 year old to every customer you have. I've read many comments complaining about the same thing that you did to me tonight but some of them got way worse attitude and running your mouth like you do might be funny to your buddies behind the counter. But you'll eventually get fired. Or you'll never be more then the position you hold now. Cashier? Cook? Doesn't matter bc you'll never move up in your position acting like this. No one will respect You bc you give no respect . Grow up. Real...

Store was not very busy. Pulled up, ordered a Huge Coke, Light Ice. Cashier said 21.30. Ignored it at the pull up box and made my way to the drive thru window. When I got there, the young lady was on her cell phone, talking to somebody while taking payments and handing out orders. Gave her my card after she asked what I ordered (maybe if you weren't on your phone and actually doing your job, you likely would have known my order). She swiped my card and handed it back. 4 minutes later she attempts to give me 5 small milkshakes. I politely told her that was not my order and I only ordered a huge coke. She grunted, demanded my card back. Come to find out she charged me the 21.30 for the milkshakes. I apoligized to her and said I must have misunderstood what she was saying when she opened the window. I was given an ice cold glare. No words. No apologies. Just attitude and grunts. She handed me back my card with the refund slip. She then handed me a small coke, not a large coke. At this point, I left because it was just absolutely ridiculous that a simple order of a large coke was so complicated. Come to find out, she never charged me for the small coke as i checked my bank account for the refund. So I went BACK in to the store and asked the cashier to please charge me correctly for my order and was told to forget about it.

So let's recap: Unprofessional behavior when dealing with customers and ignoring them Incompetent staff who couldn't even get a simple order of a large coke right. Employees reacting like I was an inconvenience for ordering a large coke, expecting to pay for a large coke and expecting to receive a large coke. Staff couldn't even be bothered to charge me for the correct item and simply gave away the item.

I pitty the owners and wonder what their food cost is like being this surely isn't an isolated instance.

Wont be back. I'll risk food poisoning from Burger King next door before I remotely even consider...

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Cook Out, and I feel compelled to share my negative feedback. I would rate it just 1 star out of 5, and here's why:

Firstly, the service was absolutely horrendous. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to provide even the most basic level of customer service. It took an incredibly long time to place my order, and when I finally received it, it was completely wrong. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and made no effort to rectify the situation or apologize for their mistakes.

Secondly, the quality of the food was subpar, to say the least. My burger was overcooked and dry, and the fries were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The overall taste of the food was bland and unappetizing. It was clear that no attention to detail or care was put into the preparation of the meals.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. The dining area was dirty and unkempt, with trash scattered around and tables that hadn't been properly cleaned. It was an unpleasant and unhygienic environment to dine in.

Lastly, the pricing was completely unreasonable for the poor quality of food and service provided. I found it to be overpriced compared to other fast-food establishments that offer much better quality and service.

Overall, my experience at Cook Out was extremely disappointing. The lack of service, low-quality food, unclean environment, and high prices make it a place I would not recommend to anyone. There are far better options available for fast food that offer better value and a more enjoyable dining...

Been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I drive past it frequently. I ordered a BBQ burger. Interesting they charge Ala cart style: burger + toppings. Doesn't make it psychologically acceptable. They should just charge the burger style flat rate. I'd feel better. Now on to the food. The burger is like what you'd buy in a market. The beef was real, probably 80%/20% classification. But it was overcooked. Dry. The onion rings were better than most fast foods. Just the right amount of oil. And the batter was lightly breaded. Cooked perfectly. But this irked me the most: Soda choices posted were: Regular or Large. But the cashier said no Regular, just Large or "Huge". I never heard a place calling sodas "huge". I wanted regular, but was charged large. That was $0.20 more. In a place that has a dine in Soda machine, makes sense (literally & figuratively to buy the cheapest size). I felt a little bait & switch. I feel I was robbed. Overall, just average. Been there, done that, feeling.

This USED to be my favorite place to eat like i used to come once a week but they need new staff. I will never come back again. The girl with the glasses always in the drive thru (ZOE) has completely ruined it for me. Rude as hell. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (5 in counting in a row) . I have pointed it out to her and she is always just “having a bad night”. Yelling at people in the drive thru speaker, getting upset like i ordered too much (literally two trays) and completely cutting me off when im ordering. Today tired to tell me that what was on the menu board wasn’t an item on the menu board (as if i didn’t read it) and got my order wrong on top of all of it. I have said things to people i know and 3 of the 5 said that they have the same experience with her. this girl seriously needs to be put in her place It’s insane. (thanks for the 2 and 1/2 onion rings by the way)🙄
