Avoid this franchise store they do not honor J.B. coupons, THE PLACE IS ALWAYS FILTHY. On the wall menu the item that I ordered was $7.99 but when at the register, the cashier was trying to charge me $8.99 then I questioned the price because I have submitted a coupon for a $4.99 for any breakfast platter combo, the cashier insisted that it was what he came out to the register even though I was trying to explain her, even without the coupon the item should have been $7.99 but yet she was trying to charge me $8.99 so I decided to change my order to a breakfast Jack combo, again the cashier she started charging me for every change I made, like instead of a hash browns I wanted regular fries and instead of coffee I just wanted a regular soda and for those two items, she charge me extra. raising the price of the combo. I would never come back to this location or any Jack in the box that charges extra for switching for similar items. I've noticed franchise stores they tend to do whatever they want and Jack in the box corporation should take away their license for doing that kind of crooked business practice. And I believe the consumer should be fully aware of franchises money-hungry practices. Read moreWe are in San Diego visiting form Chicago and my dad and I were looking forward to have Jack In the crack after a couple of years and a long drive, we decided to make a quick stop at the one on 8th street, worst costumer servicié from Veronica and the other señora that was there. my dad a 80 years old wanted to use the the restroom after a long drive we were ready to have a nice meal and and use the restroom, well Veronica with her most ugly costumer service gave us a bad look saying in such a bad tone of voice almost like I was going to run away after using the restroom. That’s was a policy to pay first and then you get the code or whatever to use the restroom since when dine in restaurants require to pay fist anyway maybe new in California it wasn’t for me it was for my dad an 80 years old senior this is so disgusting form Veronica and Jack in the box and her partner. all we wanted was to have Jack in the box but I guess not. Got there 5 mins late thinking itll give them extra time incase it wasnt ready, but my food wasn't ready at all. The mobile order box was completely empty. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. I stood there for a good 45 mins until someone asked about my order and that's when I told him, that I had an online order. He got 1/3 of my order and said thank you, and walked away. I had to call him back and tell him that I had more food that I ordered and told him what it was and he went to prep for it and finally gave me my food, I checked the items and told him, he was still missing something of mines. Which I think he grabbed it for a drive thur order.
My advise is, if Jack in the box is gonna offer online ordering, they need to make that a priority. That's why it's online order, I'm sure other customers don't want to come in and wait 45 mins for their order to be finished, that's the whole point of...
