Super Sergio's — Restaurant in National City

Customer service was disappointing. I've been here several times because the food is good, but tonight the young girl behind the counter was terrible. She didn't acknowledge me or the customer after me with a "hello" or "can I help you" or anything until I had to ask her if she was ready. I didn't get her name but she was thin and short and was wearing a hat pulled way down, probably in her early 20s. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it was definitely noticeable that she did NOT want to be there. All I ordered was a carne asada burrito with only guacamole and when she hastily punched in the order without confirming what I said, I knew I wasn't getting my order right. When my order was ready she just called out "carne asada burrito," tossed the bag on the counter and walked away. I really hope she reads this post, she needs to understand the importance of customer service and how her attitude can affect people she interacts with, to the point of compelling them to write this note.

Note to the owner: your staff is the face of your business, the importance of customer service can have a significant impact on our experience and will likely determine if we ever go back.

I was just there went for brought the drive thru and the girl who was taking my order wouldn’t let me finish my order and kept asking is that it is that it. I asked for sour cream and guacamole on the side. They added sour cream to my fries and charged me extra for extra sour cream. I called back and told them if they could remake my order the girl gave me an attitude though she had on on mute and over heard her talking to her manager complaining about me. And then handed over the phone to a male who claimed to be the manager and was even ruder than the girl from the drive thru and said what do you want me to do I said remake my order the way I asked for it and he said well we assume you wanted extra sour cream because our fries don’t come with sour cream. Now they assume what their customers like and want. Told me well then come back for your fries. I called them back and asked to get my money back I will not never come back to this taco shop. Horrible service and food was is disgusting. I hope this helps others when making better choices on where they take...

So I went to get some tacos like 20 minutes ago ,me n my husband always get cabeza tacos and we usually spend like $35 but this girl charged me like $45 and she was acting very rude I asked her if their prices went up and she said yeah like a week ago and she was just acting super rude also because I didn't say I wanted mini tacos and she told me with a strong n rude voice that I was supossed to say mini tacos but to be honest I never get ask for big tacos and they always give me the mini tacos I been going there for like 7 years. and so also I was just so tired of driving and starving and it was super late to get home to cook so I wasn't expecting that but I work with costumers and I always act nice and polite and if a costumer asks me for a pack of cigaretts I always ask if they need a small or long pack so to me she has really bad costumer service and I really need to know if she charged me correctly I don't know her name and she didn't have a name tag but she was working today saturday/...
