made an online purchase online order#1582492, and did not receive several items, and what I did receive via delivery, was not correct. We called the store, and we're hung up on, by Tiffany, the manager. I called back and she was very rude. We paid for delivery, a tip, and food. We did not receive what we paid for. I had to drive down to the store, to try to get a refund, and yet again, Tiffany was rude and would not listen, got argumentative and told me that I had to take it up with Door dash. We went online with door dash and they said the merchant has to refund us the money. We called Tiffany at the store again, and she got rude, cussed at us, which I have recorded. At this point, I want to speak to the District manager and I want my money back, including compensation for my time and having to drive back and forth, and dealing with this. I am going to have to report theft. This is ridiculous that you have someone managing the Neosho, MO location that is this difficult and nasty to deal with. She has threatened to call the cops on us, just because we are trying to get our money back. If I do not hear back from someone at Corporate, I will be contacting a lawyer and going public with my story with local news stations with my recordings. Oh, and the funniest part, is that the Manager argued that Denny's doesn't have delivery....look at the receipt picture that I left in the review......it says " Denny's Delivery" Tiffany the manager, is a real moron..

I don't expect much from Denny's buuuuuut... This was awful. The place was full of empty seats but we had to wait for a table to be cleaned, as did the 20 people in line at the door. Our waitress was in a huge rush. I ordered a hot chocolate, she went to ask about whipped cream but was interrupted and then it just didn't matter. I wasn't getting whipped cream. We waited awhile for our food. I ordered the ham and cheese omelet, the same thing I order at every Denny's I go to. The ham was not diced. Might as well have thrown on half a ham steak with the size of the pieces. Cheese was not melted properly and egg was barely cooked. I refused to eat it. I would have asked for them to try again or maybe just order something else but our waitress never returned until the other diner with me was done, even though the omelet was sitting at the end of the table untouched. We had to continue on our way and didn't have another 30 minutes to wait for food. So, I ate toast and that was my only meal in our 7 hour journey as we didn't have time to stop elsewhere. While the omelet was removed from our bill, our waitress did nothing to mediate the situation minus a couple of "sorry's" when she was ringing us up. I don't blame her for the omelet but she should have come to make sure our meals were okay and the apologies only came when it was time for us to tip. Definitely disappointed. Then again, this is Denny's and I've yet to be impressed.

We still went inside and found out that they just alter the DENNYS menu a little to fit the “MELTDOWN” menu. We had to order online to get the food we saw and liked from “MELTDOWN”. IT IS ONLY ONLINE order. When we got our food it was highly disappointing. The onion ring with my food had no onion in it. It was just batter shaped like onion rings. TOO MUCHHHH OIL. The bread for the sandwich was dipped in BUTTER like hands were greasy from one touch. You can literally feel the wetness from the butter which is unnecessary. Then the most disturbing part- the brisket was literally burnt ends that were toooo burnt as you can see on my attached photo. Absolutely disrespectful to serve people food like this that they paid for. Maybe shredding the burnt ends could have saved it a little but probably not much.

Every time we've been to this Denny's they've gotten something wrong with our order! We ordered online for pick up and we didn't get what we ordered at all and there was a container of what looked like deep fried burned balls of brownies, and brownies weren't on the menu. It took 3 days for the manager to return my call and almost a month to get the refund he offered.

We decided to eat at the restaurant and I ordered the eggs Benedict with soft poached eggs. When I ordered I asked if the cooks could do soft poached eggs, the waitress asked them before she took our order and I got eggs that had a solid yolk so I sent them back. And got them back exactly the same. I told the server to tell the cooks over easy was fine if they were too busy to time a 2 minute poached egg but the cook said it wasn't a problem - and I got hard over eggs. By this time my friend had finished his meal, we'd gotten the to-go for my husband and I had sent mine back 3 times. The MOD decided to give it a shot, despite me saying that I just wanted it taken off the bill and I'd share my husband's meal at home but she said she'd just box it to go and I again said over easy if poaching was a problem. We got home and my husband decided he wanted the eggs Benedict instead of what I got him and sure enough, the eggs were hard over and the yolks were hard all the way through, but he likes his eggs hard so not a problem for him.

I ordered a club sandwich with the bacon crispy - it looked like it had barely been cooked. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and no pickles - he got raw onions, no cheese and a ton of pickles. We both ordered Grand Slams with sausage, no bacon and easy over eggs for me, scrambled for my husband - we both got scrambled eggs and burned bacon. I keep saying we'll never go back but there aren't a lot of options for just regular food that isn't fast food so we keep going and having to send something back. I swear it's become a game and the cooks are just messing with us at this point! LOL

We've had great servers every time we've either eaten there or gotten something to go but we've never gotten what we've ordered from the kitchen. If it wasn't for how great the servers are, we'd just go to IHOP in Joplin when we want breakfast but don't...

Ok, so, I went to Dennys in neosho and I was horribly disgusted. When I got there The waitresses were nice and it was busy understandably, it is Saturday, however, they don’t allow food or drink of ANY kind from outside, i has a water bottle cause I’ve been dehydrated and they got onto me about it. Ok, well, I put it away. Next The menu is new so I looked around to see the “New” prices, for 2 to eat, your looking at 30-40 bucks! It was $27.98 and that was with a 20% discount!! So anyway, when I ordered my food The waiters kept asking me biscuits and gravy or bread?, to which I responded B&G, then she asked jalapeño?, to which I said, sure, then she asked, “salsa and sour cream?” I said “salsa”. You’d think, cause I thought, that all that would come with a dang Philly Omelette… nope each one of those things was .99 or .89 cents!!! If your going to all someone about all that make sure they are aware that it costs $6 extra!! Anyway other than being lied to about the sides in such a nice way, The waitress brought out my water no ice with lemons in it, i did not ask for those. The B&G tasted so bad I almost threw up after taking one bite, they used to be my favorite 😭😭. The salsa came in a tiny side cup, for an extra dollar!! Which I didn’t even know I was paying for??? Till I got the bill! My friend ordered pancakes with fruit on them and the fruit was rotten!! The pancakes were 50% smaller and the price was 1/3 more expensive!! I understand inflation, but that experience was WAY beyond just inflation, that was downright horrible, i won’t be coming back. I hope y’all’s experience is better than mine was. Oh to top off this review, i went to the men’s restroom and the entire floor was covered in sticky pee and I did my business and grabbed some paper...

I chose Denny's because they usually have decent food, and I was in a town I don't often visit. The hostess was great, but after that, it was downhill. The waitress took 10 minutes to take our drink order because she was chatting with friends. I finally got her attention, and she acted like we were bothering her. Finally, we got drinks, then placed our order after confirming it twice to make sure she got it right. I ordered two eggs over medium, hash browns, sausage links, and toast. My brother got the Grand Slam with two eggs over medium. Finally, we got our food; the eggs were over easy, and the toast wasn't even toasted. I asked her if they could remake my eggs; she said no, so I asked for a separate plate to remove the eggs. You would have thought I asked for a miracle the way she acted. Finally, I got a separate plate, but the hash browns were cold and flavorless. On a good note, the sausage links were great. We never got drink refills she never came to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything. Finally get ready to leave had to wait 10 min to get our check mind you it wasn't even busy maybe 5 tables. She tried to add a tip to the total which I wouldn't of minded if she was a good waitress or a decent one . I refused to add a tip for bad service. I wouldn't recommend eating there ever again.
