I never eat from Arby's however I decided to patron this location. Went inside the restaurant and ordered food that totaled up to $27.50.Gave the lady a 50 dollar bill and she said that they don't accept $50 dollar bills due to a high volume of counterfeit. Which has nothing to do with me besides the color of my skin. You have money pens and other ways of detecting fake money. Nevertheless, the cashier didn't appear to be smarter than a fifth grader. Prior to my order the cashier had me standing in line for two minutes trying to figure out how to process a doordash order. While all this drama was occurring my husband was in the bathroom and came out so quickly because it was so disgusting. The bathrooms at the New York Port Authority is cleaner then this restaurants. Yuck 🤮....That says a lot about this location and where not to eat! My husband and I ended up leaving this restaurant. We found better service at "Five Guys" down the road and Guess what?! My $50 dollar bill wasn't discriminate against. The cashier used a money pen to check the currency. Just that simple..! My suggestion for management at this location is to please screen your employees, provide better ethical training and clean your dirty bathrooms. For goodness sake it was only 1:30 pm in the afternoon. The restaurant was not crowded to not have clean bathrooms. Remember first impression maybe your last. We will not be back to this location due to our...
Read moreI've been to this arby's multiple times, and I was so happy to come back after the pandemic. I would always go there before shopping at Walmart. I knew some of the people that worked there and it was good to see them, but I know some have left. I haven't been there in a month but when I went in there tonight with a friend which today is the 4th of june, it was about 7 o'clock. It's really sad that you see (3) workers working there. They stare at "you", no one acknowledges "you" not even a hello or says I'll be right with you. But then (3) minutes later they come up and take your order barely speaking. I've never experienced this at this arby's before and it was very disappointing, the food was excellent. If you don't like your job then don't work there. But when somebody walks in and you see 2 people Standing there at least acknowledged them. Say hello welcome, that i normally used to get. Not letting 3 minutes go by and just keep staring at them. As you're walking back and forth taking care customers through the drive through. There was nobody in line but for my friend and I and 1 person from Walmart, sitting down and eating so there was no excuse, to just keep walking by looking at two people and saying nothing. I guess hoping we would go away? I only eat fast food once a month and I pick this Arby's because it's delicious and close by and for its friendly staff,...
Read moreOn our way to Cape May for our honeymoon, we stopped at the Arby’s in Neptune and had an absolutely remarkable experience. I have always enjoyed visiting this location, but this time was truly exceptional. The food was, as always, delicious and perfectly prepared, but what set this visit apart was the extraordinary hospitality we received.
When the store manager, Jack, happened to overhear that we were celebrating our honeymoon, he went out of his way to generously treat us to our meal. This thoughtful gesture transformed a simple stop for lunch into a moment of genuine joy and lasting appreciation. It is these small but profoundly meaningful acts of kindness that remind us there are still dedicated professionals who take pride in offering not only great food but also outstanding customer service.
Jack and his team exemplify what hospitality should be, warm, considerate, and attentive. Their actions left a lasting impression and elevated our trip with a memory we will always cherish. I cannot thank Jack and the entire staff enough for their exceptional service...
