My experience at this McDonald's store number 25571 was absolutely horrible the gym at the window couldn't understand English enough to take my order and then what order did say was not what I ordered and then could not fix the order and when I asked for condiments I got one of each 420 nuggets and two double cheeseburgers then when I went in to correct that and ask for my ice Waters that I ordered this whole Spanish looking guy calling himself Julio as a manager I said also everyone else in the store was a manager refused to give me ice Waters unless I paid a dollar sixty and when I looked on the screen on the register as he put it in he put it in as two extra dressings and when I inquired about that from him he said that's the only way I can put you Waters in the system I said no it's not that's baloney and he insisted that was the only way you could put it into the system so I said you know I'm a Problem Solver so I'll call corporate and see if they can fix this issue because everywhere I've ever went to a McDonald's I can purchase a large iced water for 25 cents a cup because it was a large Cup in out of courtesy cup he told me that I had to pay full price for the cup or the he would give me a discount and charge me for two extra dressings ridiculous holy spirit is ridiculous and I'm going to seek some type of legal assistance about this because I am so tired of being treated this way and it's just an old well shrug your shoulders deal not happening not this time or...
Read moreI am not the one to leave negative reviews as I know the impact what a review can have one a business. However the night manger here is just appalling. Their customer service was just horrendous. I placed a mobile order, this order contained a 20 piece chicken nugget that I was planning to share with four people. So I simply asked for four sauces. I had very clearly added to my order. When I checked the bag only one had been placed in the bag. I said to myself that weird maybe whoever packed the bag misread the ticket order. I called for the nearest person over the counter of which just happened to be the manger. This person straight up ignored me. And when another brought me the drinks I ordered she tried to pull her away and told her “don’t give anymore to her” when I asked about the sauces. I was appalled by this. All I could say was “Excuse me!?” I understand how hard the food arrive industry can be. But there was hardly a line at the drive thru window and there was NO ONE inside. And a simple “we are low in stock currently sorry about just having to give you one sauce” would’ve Been perfectly ok. Read moreI have never been more disappointed in a chain restaurant in my life. My friend and I were driving home from a concert in Philadelphia around 1:30 am. We hadn’t eaten since 4:30 when we arrived at the concert and we had been on our feet all night, since then. We were STARVING. And knowing from previous experiences that McDonald’s is always a reliable and available 24/7 (at most locations), we decided to stop at the nearest one to grab some food. We checked online on not 1, but 2 sources to see if the one on Route 66 in Neptune would be open, and both sites we checked said 24/7. We arrived at this location and the lights were on inside the restaurant. We looped around and the drive-thru screen was off so we looped around to see if we could walk in the restaurant. There were 2 employees sitting inside not paying attention to us at all or motioning us away. They began to play with the lights to try and darken the restaurant and sway us away. We went back up to the drive-thru where they turned on the screen but shut off all the lights and as we were leaving the 2 employees made motions at us to go away.
