Arby's — Restaurant in Nevada

Summary: go to any Arby's other than this one. This is THE worst one I've ever been to in my entire life. I deliver for a mobile order company and have been to just about every restaurant on the Vegas west side as well as all of Phoenix AZ (I'm not talking just Arby's, I mean every restaurant of any type) and this location is one of the absolute worst restaurants overall that a person can go to anywhere.

I'm leaving my prior review below, because no matter how bad I wanted to believe this location had changed, following a complete restaffing even, it has not and the way in which this location is trashing Arby's good name needs to be documented. Arby's, you should be ashamed of yourself for having your name on this building. This Arby's is one of only three restaurants of any type in the whole west side that I have picked up mobile orders from that just can't get being a restaurant right in any way. I had been boycotting this location for several months and thought I might give it another chance. What a mistake! I arrived to pick up a mobile order to find that it wasn't even started. By an employee's own admission the order had been received 10 minutes ago. The store was empty as usual with zero cars in the drive through. Yet, per the same employee, they were "understaffed". I guess that's what useless wastes of space call 3 people just milling about touching random things and producing nothing. After waiting 10 more minutes the order was still not ready. Apparently These employees think its OK for fast food to take more than 20 minutes to prepare especially when you have nothing to do. These pick-ups are supposed to be quick in and out so we leave our cars running to save the starter from over use - so not only are they wasting my time but also my gas. At this point they've taken one walk-in order and are literally preparing it ahead of my now 10 minute late one. On top of all this, I get no apologies for the delay. There is zero customer service here. When I spoke up and said this is taking too long and they're doing everything other than preparing the order I Instead get a rude attitude and reply "I'm sorry you feel that way". Ultimately, I had to cancel the delivery for excessive wait time. It was instead costing me money instead of making me money since we don't get paid an hourly rate or in any way for waiting. As if all this wasn't bad enough, as I was leaving, I heard the same useless employee say "don't make the order, he's walking out". So, after all that 20+ minutes of them stealing company time, when the next delivery driver is summoned to pick this order up it still won't be ready and they'll go through the same exact thing. Wow! The people may have changed here, but the utter lack of training and supervision hasn't. The wastes of space working here have no idea what it means to be in a service role and are just passing time to collect a paycheck. What's worse is somewhere there's an owner or manager of this location that never makes an appearance and neglects every single aspect of their responsibility to ensure their store is up to Arby's standards. I will once again not be picking up orders from this location and will not be giving any further chances.

Worst most unprofessional service ever. I'm standing there for 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I've entered the restaurant. The restaurant was dead, nobody else in there only one car in the drive-thru, so they weren't busy in the slightest. You've got one girl on non-stop personal phone calls while preparing food. And when they do finally acknowledge I'm there, there's no apology just "we'll be right with you" - in between her personal calls - then I'm standing there for another 5 minutes before they even say more than one sentence to me. Never...

Wife and I had a life experience and life changing wife and I took the last of are money on the 6th of November we ordered chicken sandwich and original roast beef and curly fries when we pull to park there was employee in parking lot yelling bad language words and negative talk about Arby's in foul words we waited about 10 minutes and she's still talking I go in wife is in car hearing girl run mouth I go in there's a cook and window no other workers working store is dirty smells like mildewy restaurant not clean at all I waited at counter for approximately 5 minutes no help then I have to say something to drive thru boy he ignored me when I asked went back to drive thru window I had to get loud to get my food I asked him about order he said no cheese I asked him he said no cheese on well order was wrong on both talk girl was manager on duty when i took food asked refund boy had to go get talker as she was going in she was talking things about wife and talker told boy ill make this quick wife came as talker manager the point is the service was so bad and didn't fell safe there or trust them to recook are order i told the girl we needed to refund go somewhere else that all the money wr had she would not give it back so today it'me and my wife have not eaten since that day i call the store and speak with manger she said the email from my wife wrote store Mats door toys a while she offers 1 meal free she said games she knows we didnt get money back i told her i didn't have gas and we stay in car then once again shes free meal and then says she's making it right no money free meal 1 that's not free they made money cash app been trying to get them to refund no success her we sit no food and no gas...

Grabbed dinner here, went through the drive thru. I asked if I could get a Sprite zero with my meal and was told they didn't have it, was told the only zero soda they had was Coke zero, so I ordered that. When I got to the window I was handed a Sprite (simple mistake) but when I told the Arby's employee that it was supposed to be a Coke zero. He grilled me about my order (despite the fact that he wasn't the one who took my order!) and said "no, you ordered a Sprite." I had to explain myself, saying that I wanted a Sprite zero, which I was told wasn't available, so I ordered a Coke zero. With an attitude and something whispered under his breath he slammed the drive thru window shut, poured me the right soda, gave it to me and told me to pull around for my food, like I'd inconvenienced him. Moral of the story, if you're that unhappy about working at Arby's.....DON'T WORK ARBY'S!

This review has been edited after getting home with the food. The mac & cheese (despite the extremely hot warning sticker) was cold and congealed, a Greek and a Roast beef gyro were ordered, received two Greek gyros, not to mention they were a disappointing mess!
