We've been coming here for YEARS on Saturday nights for karaoke. They've recently switched the show to start from 10pm to nmidnight. That makes no freaking sense. Love TJ, love Steve, but midnight to start the party is just too late. Please change it back.

Whatever was going on that made them adjust the karaoke schedule has been returned to their previous scheduling. Karaoke starts at 10pm now, which is awesome for regular folks who wake up super early for work! Having Steve and the crew behind the bar makes the night a really fun and upbeat experience. The bar staff is an absolute blast- they make killer drinks without snotty prices. You can have a fantastic time, even on a really tight budget. Karaoke is the highlight of our evening at this place. There's always a fun crowd, people having a good time;the kjs are showmen, keeping people engaged and laughing, looking forward to the next singer. Sound is balanced. If you're not a super confident singer, you get some perky pep from the partying audience. The kjs are careful to make sure the sound from the mic blends with the music, so if you're off on a few(or most) of your notes, you won't need to be embarrassed about that. Everyone who sings can feel good about their star performance! This establishment has been a huge favorite of my family and friends. I've been in there twice, both for the same reason: car in shop, need to kill time. The first time was wonderful with a very nice bartender. I sat at the bar to work on my computer. Served me well, and I tipped well. The second time, the grouch behind the bar said I could not sit at a machine if I wasn't playing, duh. There are blank spots, but he needed to keep the 15-20 spots open for the 2 players there. Fine. I asked for a water and handed a 5 dollar tip for the trouble. I wanted another water After a bit and waited at the bar for him to finish on the phone and another customer. That is cool, I know I'm not a high spender today. He then asked if I will take much longer. I'm done. If I was as rude as he was, I would have asked for the tip back. If i spot him next time I need the time, I think I will just post up in...

What a blast! Keep coming back, and it just keeps getting better and better. Day time visit, on Sunday, and Lisa Love was the bartender! Awesome personality, exceptional service and her smile lights up the bar. Drinks are perfect and never had an empty glass in front of me. Video poker machines, pool table and great music.
