A Mediocre Dining Experience
My recent visit to Bobby's Burgers at Caesars Palace left me with mixed feelings. While the experience had its merits, there were certain aspects that fell short of expectations.
Let's start with the positive: the service. The staff at Bobby's Burgers were friendly, attentive, and efficient. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and our orders were taken promptly. The waitstaff was quick to address any inquiries and made an effort to ensure our overall satisfaction. Their attentive service was undoubtedly a highlight of our meal.
Unfortunately, the same level of praise cannot be extended to the food. While not terrible, the burgers we ordered were just okay. The flavor was lacking that wow factor, and the overall quality was somewhat underwhelming for the reputation associated with Bobby's Burgers. The menu seemed promising, but the execution left something to be desired. The sides, though, were decent and provided a redeeming aspect to the dining experience.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively, but the seating arrangements felt a bit cramped, impacting the overall comfort of the dining area.
In summary, Bobby's Burgers at Caesars Palace is an okay choice if you're in the mood for a casual burger joint. The service stands out as a positive aspect, but the food falls short of the expectations set by the brand. With numerous dining options available in the vicinity, it might be worth exploring other choices for a more satisfying...
Read moreI'm staying with my family at Caesar's and they went down to grab us some food. They said burgers and I thought that sounded good, so I asked them to grab me a cheeseburger and some fries and away they went. They returned a bit later and I checked the receipt to make sure stuff was right and saw the total and then looked at each item individually. Turns out my burger and fries totalled $32. Now don't get my wrong, I understand it's a chef's restaurant and the price wasn't the worst I've seen, so I was ok with it. I knew that the burger would have to be good. Fast forward to a few minutes later and as it turned out it was not, in fact, good. Now I'm not saying it was the worst burger I've ever had, but it was far, far, far from the best one (which cost me $9 BTW). After a few bites it was unappealing so I just gave it up. Fries were ok, still though, I've had so much better for so much less money. Moral of the story - I have zero problem with higher-priced food. I DO have a problem with food that isn't good. When you combine the 2, you have a recipe for receiving a poor review. If you're in Vegas, you're not missing out by skipping this one. There's an in-&-out right nearby that'll give you a better burger for far less out of pocket. Also, if you're in Vegas, enjoy! Everyone should come at least once, even if you're like me and you don't drink or gamble. There's still tons to do, but eating at Bobby's Burgers just shouldn't be one of...
Read moreI wish I could give the service a 0. It was very loud where this is located and my husband didn’t hear out number called. He went up to ask and the lady working the counter took our bag of food, slammed it on the counter and said she has been calling the number for st least 5 minutes. He came back to the table, told me what happened and then we found out we had no condiments. I went up to the same counter, she slammed another customer’s bag down and looked at me, turned around and ignored me and kept her back to me. I had to go to the registers where she wondered why I wasn’t given any and she made things right. This was on June 17th around 8:30pm. We were there for a week celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The food was excellent, we even had a burger for breakfast. Service like we had, though should never be accepted no matter where it’s located. This is the picture of someone who doesn’t deserve to work st a place with Bobby Flay’s name. I have a feeling many people that night experienced the same awful service at the pick up window. I must mention that ordering our food and the cashier getting my condiments I give 5+ stars. The food was...
