Bonanno's New York Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Nevada

First, let me say my review is from the perspective of a Culinary Institute of America Graduate, also I possess, extraordinary taste buds. That makes my review a professional assessment. Second, parking is abundant although some walking may be required, there is a designated 20 min or so, spot right in front, for easy PU. Seating both inside approximately 28, seven +/- tables, outside, three tables seats 10 two four tops and one double. If you ae having Lunch the Sun could pose a problem, depending what time of the day you dine. They have umbrellas, but, they are not flexible to account for sun angle and movement. Third, for what you have all been waiting. "HOWS THE PIZZA"? Very, very, good. Now I could have described it using a stronger adjective, such as excellent, exquisite, magnificent, splendid or superb. Not my top three nevertheless it does make my top ten Cheese pizza. Excellent thin crust, combined with just the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce and dripping with olive oil. Pepperoni, equally as good. Hawaiian pizza had green peppers on it. Their variation I suppose. I didn't try the meat lovers it had bacon on it. I am classically trained, and though I like to try a wide variety of flavors and combinations bacon confuses the palate, and clashes with the bold flavors of sausage and pepperoni. They had a limited amount of choices that day although they have n extensive menu, they offer, Cheese Slice 4 out of 5 Pepperoni Slice 4 out of 5 Gourmet Topping Slice ????????? Stuffed N/A I will return and purchase a Whole Hand-Tossed New York Style Cheese Pizza that fresh from the oven may move it closer to 5 out of 5. Pepperoni, (FYI bread after baking does not like steam it makes the bread tuff when you order a pizza to go best to reheat it in the oven before serving.), Sausage, Supreme Pizza, White, Chicken and Vegetable, Mushroom, BBQ Grilled Chicken, Buffalo style, Chicken, Meat Lover's Delight, Tomato Basil and Mozzarella, Vegetarian's Delight, Broccoli, Spinach and Tomato, Hawaiian, Whole Stuffed,‏ ????, did not ask. Sausage and Pepperoni Stuffed, Spinach and Broccoli Stuffed, Philly Steak Stuffed, Supreme Stuffed. also ????? In addition they offer Stromboli & Garlic Knots (6), Served with marinara sauce. I am not a big fan of garlic knots. Just garlic bread tied in a knot and granulated garlic. What is the craze?? I did, however, try the Stromboli it was ok. In fact, I had the Ham one, and when I bit into it, I realized it was, Canadian bacon, not technically a ham, and if you think you might like it, try a bacon sandwich then reconsider. I to explain this to the young girl behind the counter. She insisted it was ham. Excellent taste buds remember. They only had that and Pepperoni that day, reluctant at first and after She checked with upper management, was offered the Pepperoni. I did not care for the tomato sauce, somewhat spicy, but the stromboli was very good. The also have, Chicken, Sausage, and Vegetarian. I did not venture into Salad world your basic Caesar Salad, and that could mean an Global civilization of variations classic ceasar sallad has an emulsified dressing, classically prpared and served table side. Entrées were as folows, Baked Ziti, Baked Ziti with Meatballs, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce, Spaghetti, and Meatballs, Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana, Meatball

Finally Not cheap eats a Cheese slice will run you $$$$ bucks. Dollar cheaper than Scarpetti's in the Cosmopolitan plus another fifty cents for a topping, and a lot closer to your car door. Believe it or not, there are, 50 I was told, Bonanno's New York Pizzeria in Las Vegas.

Bonanno’s is typically a really good pizzeria, especially this location. This time however, my expectations were beyond exceeded as the service my wife and I received during our recent visit was above and beyond outstanding. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our time from the moment we walked in, to the moment we finished our food and left. I would also like to give a special shout out to Mark/c who was behind the counter and showed exceptional and genuine care for his craft and his customers. We truly felt valued, which these days seems to be a rarity. Not to mention, the food was prepared perfectly! Wings were crispy and delicious, while the pizza was all the better. Craving a taste of the Big Apple? Look no further than Bonanno's New York Pizzeria! I recently enjoyed a delicious meal on their outdoor patio, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Our server, Fernando, was an absolute gem. He was friendly and attentive. He even went the extra mile by noticing we were dining with our furry friend and brought out a fresh bowl of water for our pup. It's these small touches that truly elevate the dining experience.
