Today I called at 3:37 pm to confirm if they were serving breakfast in the morning. I was told they open at 11 am. So I ordered online and in the notes, specifically chose condiments on the side, as we were not eating the sandwiches until tomorrow. Once at the shop, I was told that they are open for breakfast. This is unacceptable! When only sandwiches were put in the bag, I asked about the sauce on the side and said, "please tell me you did not put the sauce on." The employee held the receipt up (as if I could read it) and told me there were no instructions about this. I told him that we put specific instructions in the notes sections, and instead of accommodating me and checking the sandwiches, he referred to the receipt again. I had to make him give me some, in the hopes the sandwiches were right . Nope. The sizes on both were wrong and one had marinara sauce on it, which we asked to be on the side. I have the email receipt , showing our request ! I called at 5:15 pm and asked to speak to a Manger, so we could at least get one sandwich replaced, and was told there would be one there in 15 minutes. Forty five minutes later I called back and a woman who gave me no name, did not ask me mine or for my number, told me they had a rush and she would call me back in a few minutes. It is now 7:35 pm and no phone call. That's quite a rush! This is unacceptable, horrible customer service. I have delivered for Post Mates for over two years and I know for a fact the restaurant does see these notes. We will not use this...
Read moreI normally don't have issues with the place and people who work there. However, this day in particular I decided to cater. Placed the order at 11:49A.M. and requested to have it ready by 3:30P.M.-4P.M. The manager said 4P.M. would be better and I was okay with it. When it was time for me to pick up the order, I entered the shop and I don't see anything for pick-up. Thinking they probably had it in the back. NOPE!!! 3 kids walk in giggling and smelling like marijuana, recognized me and now they're BARELY making my order as if it was Hell's Kitchen and they're on a time limit to get it done in 5mins. They're grateful I have respect for their manager and scolded them a bit when I should've asked for a full refund!!! I spent $170.97 (THAT'S INCLUDING A TIP) for it to be ready with the time that benefitted them and IT WAS STILL LATE!!! Over 4 1/2 hrs and it was made in front of me. I don't care what anyone does on their personal time, but when it's an order and YOU give me a time to ensure it gets done and YOUR workers decide to hot box in the parking lot is no excuse to mess up this bad. I hope the manager gets it together, otherwise I'll go somewhere else where the workers take their job more seriously handling any food...
Read moreWe usually go to this location all the time. Always a nice short young lady with a tattoo on her arm who helps us. Very friendly. She was not there this time. Two employees there, and zero customers. One was taking out the trash as we walked in with facial hair. The other employee probably in high school or just out of it asked us how he could help. My son ordered a Hot Ham Sandwich as he has gotten it before at this location many times. The employee said they don't have a hot ham sandwich. Only a cold one. I asked him well can't you cook his ham on the grill to make it a hot ham sandwich. His response was simply, "No."
I don't understand this mentality. You could have charged extra if it was that big of an inconvenience to cook a few slices of ham on your flat grill which your employees have done countless times in the past. There was no customers at all to serve, and you lost another one today. Our $35 in revenue and $5 tip that I always tip so you can yell out to the whole staff and they respond back was happily put into Firehouse Subs register and employees pockets.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...
