If I could rate zero stars I would. Never have I ever been treated like I don't matter and my presence on Earth is not wanted as I was today. I am a driver for a "3rd party delivery company" and when I went in to the lobby to pick up the food for your customer I kindly asked if I can fill my water cup because it's 100° outside and I was extremely thirsty as I had ran out. The person, who should not be in customer service, told me "No". Not having a complete understanding as to why that is, when he brought the food to me your employee basically sat the food in front of me and turned to walk off. I still had unanswered questions so when I started to ask he turned around and looked at me like I was just a complete waste of space. When asking for a second time he tells me that I would need to purchase a cup because I do not work there. The fact that I don't work there isn't the issue at hand. I am there to deliver your food, to your customer, in 100+ degrees (this is Las Vegas after all) and I was refused a glass of water. After the conversation was ending he said "just get your water" turned his back and walked away. If that's the way you treat people that are there to help your company get your product to the people paying for it, then in the future I will have nothing to do with your company. I will not eat there and I will not deliver your food. Further training in customer service, safety scenarios involving heat stroke/dehydration and basic human empathy and interaction is something Management...
Read moreIt’s a great honor to dine in at Freddy’s. After trying out every menu the fast-casual restaurant has to offer, this place is highly recommended. My protip is to download the Freddy’s app to bypass the waiting time IRL, including drive-thru; it’s very effective during rush hour so you don’t have to sit in line for a long time. Although the foods are exquisite, Freddy’s not one of the healthiest restaurants to eat at. If you’re on a diet, there are important things you need to know: First, all culinary items are highly processed, obviously. Second, custards have high amount of sugar; so consuming them in moderation is recommended. Most importantly, third, GMO ingredients are present on certain recipes; for example, the ketchup sauce on kids cheeseburger has high fructose corn syrup. I would be considerate when it comes to ordering humongous amount of foods because Freddy’s does not have catering system. However, I have no doubt that the restaurant will update their menu showing catering foods. Other than that, I highly suggest you eat out in public once in awhile if you’re being careful on your health. If not, feel free to come over and taste the juicy burgers and snowy custards at anytime! Nothing...
Read moreThis is my first time coming to this location . I have been to the West Charleston and Decatur location a few times , but it has been a while . I got the Double Cheeseburger , Onion Rings , Cherry Pepsi , and a Mini PBC n B Sundae . I have to say I didn't enjoy this time as much as I did at the other location . The cheeseburger patties are thin , which I already knew , but this time they were just a little over cooked and dry . The onion rings were perfect , but they now have the jalapeno fry sauce now in little cups like McDonald's nugget sauce instead of the pumps and it doesn't taste as spicy as before .
The Cherry Pepsi was perfect also , which sometimes the fountain machines at some places don't have the mix right , but it was really good and not flat . I also liked the sundae better than the concrete I had at the other store before . I prefer the softer ice cream and last time I had the Turtle . The employees were nice and customer service was spot on . The inside as well as the outside was clean and well kept . My major complaint was the burger patties and jalapeno fry sauce . Other than that I would recommend you coming by and trying if you haven't...
