Mulligan's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Nevada

I live near & decided to enjoy a late lunch. I look younger than my 28. So of course the bartender asks for my ID. I hand her my USA PASSPORT ID CARD. Mrs. Megan/Meghan asked if I had my PASSPORT BOOK, I said no, she said she couldn’t accept my PASSPORT ID CARD. & ONLY ALLOWED TO ACCEPT PASSPORT BOOKS. I ASKED TO SEE THE POLICY IN WRITING. As my USA PASSPORT ID CARD is ACCEPTED ELSEWHERE I Patron. She said WE DON’T ACCEPT PASSPORT ID CARDS. I SAID Okay, Well I want to speak to the MANAGER. Apparently she happened to be. I asked if she was the GENERAL MANAGER? She said yes, I AM THE BAR MANAGER. I have the RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone. I am REFUSING TO SERVE YOU. I asked her, Why AM I being DENIED SERVICE when I gave you PROPER IDENTIFICATION? Is it because I asked to see THE COMPANY POLICY, & wanted to speak to management? I told her I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS UNCOUTH SERVICE. & that’s when I asked for her name. IF THIS IS COMPANY POLICY, A sign should be displayed VISIBLY FOR PATRONS TO SEE. If I WAS SHOWN COMPANY POLICY I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HER MY CA STATE DRIVERS LICENSE. Since it is not displayed, & I provided the most secure form of identification, I felt no need to indulge her LIE. We put our greens on and went here on St. Paddys because McMullans had a two hour wait. What a mistake. No Paddy Day special drinks, Not even Irish music playing Just because you name it a Irish name and hang a couple dollar tree leprechaun decorations does not make it a Irish pub. We were in the mood for some real corned beef and cabbage. I even asked the server if the corned beef was a real brisket. She told me that it was and that they take hours to cook every day. What a lie. The corned beef was 3 thin slices of processed, cheap deli beef. The entire plate was tasteless and all for $19. We only took a couple bites and left the rest but apparently the server did not care because she never asked how the food was. I should have known this place sucked because the dining room was almost empty. This was our first time here and definitely our last. Something is wrong when even your staff has to lie to...

Food is good. Bar tenders Tim, Paul, Tara, and Dan are amazing and show great service to customers. however Cheryl is rude to certain people. She talks about customers to other customers loud so everyone can hear them which is unprofessional. She didn't like a veteran talking politics to another customer who's a Veteran also, but she is ok will talking hatefully about her political beliefs and her views. I did not like how she was picking on this customer and continued to bully him. so after saving several hundreds of dollars there that night we walked out and wont be coming back.
