I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent visit to your Popeyes restaurant this past Thursday night . Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of abysmal, with both the service and food quality falling far below my expectations.
First and foremost, the service I received was exceptionally poor. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. I encountered long waiting times, despite only a few customers being present. The employees appeared disorganized and untrained, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration among customers. It was evident that the management had failed to provide adequate training and supervision to their employees.
Furthermore, the food quality at Popeyes was far from satisfactory. The items I ordered were not only poorly prepared but also lacked freshness. The chicken I received was dry, overcooked, and lacked any flavor. It was evident that the food had been sitting under heat lamps for an extended period, resulting in a disappointing and unappetizing meal. Additionally, the side dishes I ordered were equally unimpressive, lacking flavor and proper seasoning.
This disappointing experience at your restaurant has left me with a negative impression of Popeyes as a whole. As a customer, I expect a minimum standard of service and quality, which were clearly not met during my visit and I’ve been coming here for years .
I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised promptly. It is crucial for your management team to implement better training programs for your staff to ensure that they provide efficient and courteous service to customers. Additionally, stricter quality control measures need to be put in place to ensure that only fresh and well-prepared meals are served to patrons.
Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend Popeyes to friends, family, or anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to restore the reputation of your...

I’m really disappointed with our recent experience at this Popeyes location. We ordered the 12-wing and 6-piece chicken tender family meal with mashed potatoes and fries. Unfortunately, most of the food was a letdown.
The tenders were rock hard—as if they had been sitting for hours in a holding drawer (the kind used to keep food warm). They were dry, tough, and barely edible. The mashed potatoes didn’t taste right either. Something was just off about them. On top of that, my wrap was also hard as a rock—most likely using the same stale chicken as the tenders. It was borderline inedible.
When I called to express my concerns, the employee told me I would need to physically bring in the tenders. I explained that I was already home, but they insisted I bring all the food back whenever I could. That’s just ridiculous. This is fast food, not a five-star restaurant. Why should I have to carry cold, inedible food back just to be acknowledged?
What made the situation worse was the rude tone of both the employee and the manager Francis. I asked to speak to someone in charge, hoping for understanding, but the manager was even more dismissive. She sided with the employee, didn’t offer any solutions, and made the whole experience even more frustrating.
The only decent part of the meal were the wings—likely because they had to be freshly made, as none were ready at the time. That tells me business was slow, and it makes sense now why the tenders and wrap tasted old. Even the drive-thru attendant had an attitude, which seems to reflect the overall culture of this location—cold food and cold customer service.
My family usually loves Popeyes, but this visit truly changed our perception. We just wanted a simple, enjoyable family meal and instead got a poor experience from start to finish.
Unless you’re willing to specifically request fresh, made-to-order chicken, I strongly suggest avoiding this location. It’s just not worth the risk or...
Read moreThis was the third time I went through the drive thru and was given a messed up order. Since today there was no line I decided to bring it back and explain. I order a 3 tender meal and was given a thigh and 2 leg meal. The manager( David) asian or hawain with blonde spi ked hair, came over to the window and said he would exchange it for me, he then took my box from me, exchanged the chicken for 3 tenders as it was supposed to be. Did not even apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. I then asked him very politely if they could throw in a extra tender or something for the mistake, the manager then repeated back to me my question with a questionable face, then said yea I guess I could throw in a extra. So he proceeded to throw in literally a piece of chicken that was the size of a popcorn chicken, no joke, handed it back to me and sent me on my way, it was then until I realized my food was still not correct(this is now the 4th time some location with a messed up order that's why I write this). Did not even feel like going back. The green beans I ordered were only filled half way in the container and when he exchanged the chicken for me, he never gave me my biscuit(which is something I enjoy). Worste popeyes I have ever been too, and manager David is not doing anything better to help the situation out. This place has got to be looked at by corporate or something. Never going back here. I even debated in my head for 5 minutes if I should even go back to try it today cause of all the mess ups in the past. Well I should have trusted my judgment. Never again. Smh at popeyes on rainbow and 215....
