Rally's — Restaurant in Nevada

I recently visited Rally's located at 4175 E Desert Inn Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121, and I've got to give a big shout-out to Aida, one of their cashiers. She's truly something special, and here's why.

As I approached the walk-up window, Aida immediately came to the window and greeted me with a warm smile. However, what truly stood out was how remarkable she worked under pressure. Rally's menu offers quite a few options that I truly enjoy, making it one of my preferred go-to spots, so It took me a bit longer than usual to decide. In the meantime, a small line began to form behind me, nonetheless, Aida handled the situation with a remarkable blend of grace and efficiency. Even with a growing line, Aida managed to seamlessly process my order and promptly assist the other patrons with professionalism and dedication. Her unwavering personality certainly left a lasting impression.

Aida's customer service skills are nothing short of exceptional, particularly considering her age. With over 18 years of experience in customer service and management, I can confidently say that Aida possesses remarkable interpersonal skills.

To the management team, I urge you to take special notice of Aida, a true gem among your staff. She possesses exceptional qualities that could propel Rally's to new heights in the realm of customer service excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend acknowledging and nurturing this extraordinary talent. With the appropriate training and support, Aida has the potential to emerge as a distinguished leader within your organization, and I dare say, she might even be destined for the role of Regional Manager.

While my experience with Aida at Rally's was exceptional, I must admit that the food fell below my expectations in terms of taste.

This is also to the management team, please allow me to stress the importance of constructive feedback. The rest of the team may benefit from improved training, It's essential not to discourage them but to encourage growth. Every employee has the potential to shine with the right guidance. So, let's remember that a little encouragement and training can turn a rough diamond into something truly special...

Saturday July2,2022 Went back out of convenience purchased a new mother cruncher sandwich. To mm it was overlooked.so i filled out a survey to get my sandwich again. Pulled to drive thru manager deaf or cant or cant comprehend. So pull up to window and talked the coupon again. Unbelievable she goes to scan and says doesn't work u just made this. No show 4 days ago from email. She says u used this already. This place has some of the rudest managers I've seen. No. Customer service skills at all. Finally she gets it to scan . so I had a request not to cook it so. Brown. Keep it a bit golden. (Chewable) she goes sandwich good .Was she there that day? Just rude people or dumb . Her name was marlena think she said maria. Who knows same old rude half zz managers as before. They should do a secret shopper on these people they paying to deal with public. Anyway my stomach aches after eating this . so much disrespectful people I really wanna talk to someone who can listen and understand . Not the young girl . shes a sweetie. Now its another maria or marlena. Go figure. Im going to post pics . i will try to get a hold of someone who cares this time if anyone does. Enough

Had to be the worst ever I had at a drive thru. First off I completed my obsessed survey ordered a large drink and requested my free sandwich. Manager wouldn't tell me name and said that go for here. I asked her she slams the window and says she's calling the Police. She shouldn't be a manager then she screams maria. Doesn't have a name tag on she probably lying. I used that coupon there in the pass. They still had my 20.00 bucks when the manager acted total bazaar. So the little handed it back. That's a joke. Stay away. No need to eat fast food. Affordable and good burgers and fries. Loved the seasoned fries! They were made fresh to order and not too salty but crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Seasoning is good. I got the mix and match combo with a double Rally burger with cheese and a Deep Sea Double aka a double fish sandwich with tartar sauce and cheese. The double Rally burger was good and I love that they use red onions instead of white onions. Everything was made fresh. It wasn’t the absolute best burger ever but the fresh ingredients made it seem like a great back yard bbq cheeseburger or a late night diner burger. The fish sandwich was awesome! Great tartar sauce and it was made fresh too! I loved the lettuce on it with the cheese and tartar sauce. It was very affordable given the current inflation on most, if not all fast food chains thanks to old Biden. I got 2 doubles with fries and a strawberry Fanta soda for $13.55. That’s a great price considering nowadays you get 1 single burger with 1side and drink for 15-16 bucks or more at most fast food restaurants. I love that they are open to 4am.
