This was my first time dining at this facility and will be my last 1st impression is the most important ..as two of us waited for the door to open your sign should say open from 8ish until pressed for time once i got in there finally made a decision to get a breakfast steak burrito to go as I waited ,,the smoke from the kitchen was a bit to much ..so i went outside to breath another customer said she could take it so she came outside with me but she opened the door so it would"nt close so the smoke would go out maybe it was because they has just turned on fryer not sure however it was hard to breath .. when I got to work to eat my burrito there was more potatoes egg pico ..very little steak they should rename this burrito I will not recommend this to anyone at least not this location and she did"nt give me a receipt but that"s ok I was the 2nd order of the day ,..Im taking this food back......and I was looking forward to a new experience well I had one just not a good one

Read moreI just wanted to reach out to whoever is the manager of the store # 6 by UNLV on University center I'm a property manager that works in the area and I came in to order for my office staff the young lady whoever works around the afternoon time has very bad customer service she was not pleasant she was not polite and when I asked for more sides to go with my office staff order she was not willing to assist so I actually called someone in my family who was bilingual and when they spoke to her and asked for a supervisor then she offered to assist I'm not going to recommend anybody in this area of University center to eat here and I'm also going to not recommend any of my other property managers in my area allowed to eat here customer service goes a long way and as a property manager I know the importance of that I will recommend them to eat a Roberto's which is right across the street because I never have to worry about...
