I had an awful experience at this Sbarro location today. Due to a leg injury, I used their online ordering system to avoid standing and waiting for my food. I placed my order 45 minutes in advance (the earliest option available) and arrived on time, expecting it to be ready. However, when I got there, my order wasn’t prepared, and the cashier was rude and dismissive.
When I gave her my name, she said there was no order under it. I tried providing my order number, but instead of troubleshooting, she told me she couldn’t make food that wasn’t in their system. It turned out she had misheard my name, but instead of apologizing for the confusion, she acted like I was the problem. Things got worse when she informed me that two of the four items I had ordered and paid for weren’t available. I was forced to choose substitutes with no apology for the inconvenience.
On top of that, I had to stand and wait while they prepared the food that should have been ready when I arrived.
This experience was frustrating and exhausting, especially with my injury. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy is unacceptable. I hope the owner takes note because their staff’s behavior is surely driving...

Not to great it took over 5 mins for someone to come to the front to actually ask what I wanted, it’s not like they were in the back there were 3 people right in the front talking to each other I made eye contact so they saw me, then I get to the cash register and the terminal wasn’t working for me and I understand that equipment don’t always work, but what got me was, first of all the 2 workers were still talking to each other making me feel like a third wheel and secondly, after I asked for help the cashier SNATCHED my card out of my hand and inserted it herself. I didn’t get a receipt nor did they ask if I wanted one because AGAIN they were too engaged in their conversation. All in all customer service needs improvement. Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars I would. The Spanish people in front of me and the white man behind me received smiles and PERFECT service. When it was my turn , i was given frowns and the lady who was ringing me up was talking over me while I asked several times for a tray so my order can be eaten here. She pretty much threw my food in the bag and threw the bag on top of the tray. I never expect A1 service from a pizza place because I know how it is. But the amount of disrespect shown to me as a customer , it was pretty sad. I’ll never come here again. On top of the awful service , my pizza wasn’t even heated thoroughly. So, not only was I given pathetic service , my $21 spent was well wasted.
