I rarely leave negative reviews so I'll focus primarily on the positive, but when we arrived there was no line, we stood for a moment and then we're asked if we had a reservation, we said no. We weren't spoken to again until a different staff member approached us with menus. They said follow me. Took us to a booth and left. No one really spoke with us until Liana took our drink order. She was great, very welcoming attitude, friendly and attentive. Really turned the stiff experience around for me. Our server came around a few times to check in on us which is always nice as well. The Ahi Poke Nachos were good, topped with thin cut strips of seaweed wrap, the wonton chips and multiple sauces made the nachos come together with the avocado and tomato toppings, ahi seemed sparce but overall the dish came together nicely. The Orange Dream, reminded me fondly of an improved Lemon blossom you may recognize from other sushi places. The Lobster Diablo signature roll, was okay, the pieces laid over the top of the Rice were large and the avocado made the bite come together without being dry. Finally the Big Island Burrito, to my surprise came with fries and they were pretty good. Skinny cut, seasoned and no skin. The burrito itself was wrapped open ended but came in paper to hold it together. It was slightly more awkward than other sushi burritos I have enjoyed, but the flavor was great. We had come here specifically for our wedding anniversary and been excited to try Su Casa. If I come back, it will be to focus on the Mi Casa menu. And I can update my review. It's worth the try for a nice night out.

This Sushi spot is located inside the Silverton casino, next to Mi Casa grill cantina. My son and I were staying here for the night, so being sushi lovers, we had to stop for a couple rolls. When we came up to the front we were greeted and seated immediately. My son and I like to sit at the sushi bar, so nothing changed on this visit. I loved that this sushi bar it had (8) T.V.'s! The waitress came over shortly after being seated and handed us menu's and we ordered our drinks. My son ordered the "Philadelphia" roll ($13) and I ordered the "baked lobster" roll ($18). They were both quite delicious! The miso soup ($5) was also delicious and very warm to the taste. Our visit to “Su Casa” was delightful and had a great dinner. We stay at the Silverton quite often, so I’m sure we will be back soon.

I will say that the fried oyster Rockefeller was the best thing I tried. Everything else was just OK. Not the best service.. Issues with the bill... I don't see my family and I going back... I guess they have a "sister restaurant" next to it? Its a weird set up... Maybe I'll try it out if I'm in the area.

Terrible dining experience. The server was inattentive to put it mildly . Had the vegetable tempura which was tasty but way too greasy. Food was dropped at the table and then the server practically ran off. We ordered the bento boxes. When we gave the order we were asked what temperature for the steak, which we both said medium rare. It was dropped off at the table and again the server ran off. Both of our steaks were not rare but blue and cold in the center. We waited a good 10 minutes, again with no one checking on us. We flagged another server who was rushing by and asked her to get our server. She said she would and again we were waiting a good 8 minutes with her no where to be seen. At that point we asked the manager who was walking by and were told Just a minute and she went back to the front. Another 10 or so minutes and she nor the server had come to our table. We managed to flag down another server and showed her the steak that we requested medium rate. She got our server who came and asked us if we wanted it medium rare. She took it back and eventually we were brought back the correct food. Drink service was also terrible. We had to flag people down to get refills which were also brought after a considerable wait. My husband flagged down the manager who did not offer an apology or seem at all concerned. Instead, she offered an excuse that because the dish we had was on promotion so lots of people ordered it. Its too bad that this is the experience we had because the bento box was tasty when it was cooked the way we ordered it. We like going to Sundance cafe, where service has always been exceptional. Great atmosphere in Su Casa, too bad the service doesn’t match what such a great menu and ambience...
