I can’t express enough how incredible my experience at Dragon’s Lair Gym has been. This gym is more than just a place to work out; it’s a sanctuary for fitness enthusiasts and champions alike. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a sense of camaraderie and dedication that’s truly inspiring.
The facility itself is top-notch, boasting over 12,000 square feet of space filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Whether you’re into powerlifting, bodybuilding, or just looking to stay in shape, Dragon’s Lair has everything you need. The equipment is meticulously maintained, and the custom pieces from brands like Arsenal Strength and Matrix are a testament to the gym’s commitment to quality.
But what really sets Dragon’s Lair apart is the community. Everyone here, from the staff to the members, shares a passion for fitness and a drive to achieve their goals. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always ready to offer guidance and motivation. Flex Lewis’s vision of creating a home for champions is evident in every aspect of this gym.
I’ve had the pleasure of training in their dedicated leg room, fine-tuning my poses in the Dallas McCarver Posing Room, and even benefiting from their sports massage therapy services. Every visit to Dragon’s Lair leaves me feeling stronger, more focused, and part of a family that celebrates each other’s successes.

Read moreAs a gym owner myself, I hold immense respect and admiration for the exceptional standard of excellence that Flex Lewis has cultivated at Dragon's Lair Gym. This facility truly sets a benchmark for what a gym experience should be, seamlessly combining high-quality equipment, an intelligently designed layout, and an atmosphere that radiates intensity, passion, and dedication to fitness.
At Dragon's Lair is remarkable. everything has been designed with the serious fitness enthusiast in mind. The layout ensures a smooth flow for workouts. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone just starting their fitness journey come here and you will learn what getting in shape is all about.
What truly elevates Dragon's Lair above other gyms, however, is the presence and leadership of Flex Lewis himself, a 7-time Mr. Olympia (212). Over my 30+ years as a bodybuilder, coach, and gym owner, I’ve had the privilege of meeting many champions, but few embody the qualities that Flex Lewis consistently demonstrates. His humility, kindness, and willingness to connect with others are what set him apart. Flex is not just a world-class athlete; he’s an inspiring leader who takes the time to interact with fans, share his knowledge, and make everyone feel welcome. Every encounter I’ve had with him has been a testament to his character—he is approachable, generous with his time, and always carries himself with a smile.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dragon's Lair Gym to anyone looking for more than just a place to work out. This is a space where champions are made, and everyone—from beginners to professionals—feels empowered to...
Read moreI can see why everyone's leaving to go to Strength Culture or Cult. The front desk staff are just a bunch of unprofessional children that can't do the easiest job correctly. On top of that, a few of the female front desk associates are extremely disrespectful towards me and my relationship. When I sighed up, I was never told what I'm signing up for. I've worked in multiple gyms and it's mandatory to discuss all the kinds of memberships and the cost for each membership with potential members. I thought I was signing up for a month to month membership, the front desk associate never told me I was signing a year long contract. When I emailed to cancel my membership they told me I haven't finished my 12 month contract and I would have to owe them $799 to cancel now. I do not go to this gym anymore and haven't gone in over a month. After responding back to the email stating that I was never told I'm signing a 12 month contract so I shouldn't be liable to stay in it, I received no response. I refuse to continue supporting a company that steals from members and employs children that can't do their job. I will be contacting my bank about this matter!
In response to the "owner," I used a different email address for my membership, and I post negative reviews when I have a negative experience. You do know that that's the point of being able to review a place, right? And no, I know multiple people that signed up for your gym that were never told what they were signing up for so you better get your front desk...
