Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New Bern

Terrible service!!!! Not sure what happened at this location, because it used to be decent, but not anymore! I ordered online and was given an email confirmation saying 10-20 minutes. So I go to pick it up after about 17 minutes. The girl processes my payment, and goes to look at the pizza, sees it in the oven, and says just a couple more minutes. So we wait, and wait, and wait. Then a delivery driver comes in and he checks on our pizza and says it will just be a couple more minutes. Finally after over 30 minutes, and seeing several people come & go with their pizza, I ask what is going on, as we were told 10-20 minutes, and it's been well over 30. She looks, and says our pan pizza still has 3 more minutes. So now after over 45 minutes, and having our pizza checked on 3 times, some boy says they forgot one of our pizzas! I ask how in the world that is possible when it was checked 3 times and each time we were told a few more minutes?!? He got attitude immediately and said he didn't know, that they must've been looking at the wrong thing, and he would give me half off. Gee, that really helps. Not! I ended up just getting a refund because the 15 year old who claimed to be the manager was rude and unapologetic, and clearly nobody there has a clue what they are doing! Not ordering...

Horrible place now!! Ordered cheesesticks tonight and there was no cheese on half of them so they remade it but this time they were very dry and half burnt and light on cheese and the first one they made was actually much better on the other half where there actually was cheese. Like how is it possible to make it half right with the cheese the first time but mess up with the cheese on the whole thing the second time? They're supposed to be wet and gooey and cheesy but instead they are doughy, half burnt, and half flavorless. This is not the first time this has happened. It's every time. Waste of money. Also whenever I order pizza with extra cheese it is never extra, it is normal and I always have to send it back for remake. The store in havelock cooks way better than here. But I have no choice cuz this is the only store in New bern where I live. If this continues then sadly I won't be coming here anymore and that's a shame because I love papa johns but this location is...

Other then it lackes toppings...paid $57 for 2 pizzas last night through door dash delivery and hardly any of the 5 plua toppings were spread evenly .. I had maybe 3 peices of onions and hardly any bacon or meat on the other pizza . but it was the only I could get a delivery to.the area i live .. We have days where us moms are too tieed to cook so willing to tip well and its a shame my neighborhood is cut off bc " its a bad area " .. Im on 2nd avenue in New Bern I wish yall could change it to where delivery was possibly again. Pretty much paid an extra 20 for taxes and fees and I dont want to...
