Mattress Firm New Bern — Hotel in New Bern

My fiance and myself went to the Mattress Firm a couple days ago when the back to school sale was going on. We went in to just look around and see what was being sold there as we were looking for a sleep number bed. Upon arriving we were greeted by Ryan, who was helping another customer but also informed us of the different types of beds on the floor. He finished with them while we browsed around testing out the beds. When we were done he addressed us and was so very informative about all the beds, styles, firmness and suggestions. We ended up getting a king bed with an adjustable base with foot and head adjustments. We financed the bed and for an amazing deal at that! Ryan was so wonderful and he ended up saving us about $1,600. We also got the bed delivered and set up after only 2 days.We are so thankful we didnt end up going the sleep number route as we saved over $3,000. Thanks Ryan and Mattress...

I have had one of the best experiences at the Mattress Firm in New Bern NC. Ryan Kriebel and his crew were beyond awesome. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I went in to the store in need of information about different adjustable frame beds, in order to make a decision for a new bed for my parents. They were living in northern NY and we were moving them to Pittsburgh, PA. I never thought I could make the purchase in New Bern for delivery in Pittsburgh, but Ryan made it happen. He and his crew were very helpful and patient with me. I had many questions and they answered them all, and gave me such peace of mind knowing I was making a good decision on the purchase. He also went a step further and gave us military discount as my 93 year old Dad is a Marine veteran. My husband and I arrived and was greeted by Adrinna. She was with a customer, which was fine. It gave us a few minutes to “test drive” different beds. When she was done, she came over to us and spent a couple of hours with us. She is extremely knowledgeable about mattresses, and gave us so much information. My husband and I came in with differing ideas on what bed we wanted/needed. By the time we decided on a bed, it wasn’t even either of the ones we had wanted! Adrinna asked us questions, and based on the answers, she was able to get us in a bed that we will both be happy with. I am so very pleased with her, as a person and as a mattress expert.
