Well, I review this buffet about five years ago four years ago, But for some particular reason, they decided to change the buffet items period and it's the first time I ever went to a Asian buffet where you paid first. So for one person, it's $21.49. And that does include the drink, I don't think we care for crab legs too much work for very little reward. I did notice at least 40% of the meat on the buffet. What's chicken dishes? And I mean chicken all kind of ways, The one thing I did find very delightful was the coconut shrimp period the stuff jalapeno peppers. I have no clue as to what the heck they're stuffed with. It wasn't palatable for me., The pork ribs in this place are super tough, so make sure that you have. I did try the black pepper Chicken it was delicious,

I knew the exact moment I had food poisoning. Tried to tell the lady upfront as there was a language barrier with the waitstaff that the "black pepper cow" had gone bad. I advised they remove it as it was clear that it had been there a while. Was just told simply, "no." Then I tried to eat a shrimp and what looks like blood and smelled terrible oozed out. One of the cooks came out and said it was overcooked. See the pictures for yourself. Definitely not overcooked. I wouldn't try this place again. Last two rows were just tables. Only two other tables were occupied the whole time we were there. No sushi, no real variety, and they weren't changing the food out. $13.99/person no matter if lunch or dinner and definitely not worth it.

My friend and I went in on a Sunday with our kids. My son is 7 and they charged me 12 dollars for him and 39 dollars for us to eat when my child ate nothing. Then charged an additional 6 dollars for 3 drinks. The manager refused to refund the 12 dollars saying we did not over charge you but my order came up to 57 dollars. Straight rip off and the food was disgusting like it had been sitting out for hours. I do not recommend this high priced place to ANYONE. This place needs to be shutdown. Below is their pricing just to warn you guys before you even waste your money.

Nasty nasty place. We got there early when they opened. Was not very many people there on a Saturday but we think we understand why. Only nice thing I can say is that we had a polite waitress but it was downhill from there. Place was not clean and has some nasty smells. Where we were seated we saw simething stuck on the wall that no one thought to clean off. Really gross. We now understand why one reviewer said he saw roaches...it is a very nasty place. The food on the buffet was cold and most of the fried food was greasy and cold. Again we got there when they opened so why was food cold. We paid before being seated so they got their money. I got green beans, egg drop soup, white rice spring rolls, thin pasta and tried a donut. Most the green beans were crunchy and sweet...not too bad. I got the spring rolls to try out but they were cold and greasy. Also, I tried a donut with sugar and if you sqeezed it grease just seeped out. I took one bite of the donut and that was it. The pasta dish I tried out just so happened was super salty this particular day. I think it might have been an accident in the kitchen but we told the waitress and nothing was done. It remained on the buffet. It was sooo salty I had to spit it out. My husband and I did not care though because we will never be back ever again. Not worth it. We will be looking for other oriental places to eat at from now on. It is evident that whoever owns and/or runs this restaurant has no desire to have customers return. Does not take much to clean so that customers feel welcome and how hard is it to have hot food on the buffet or replace super salty pasta dish when a customer mentions there...

Typical Asian buffet nothing to write home about. Service was ok MAJOR FOOD SAFETY VIOLATIONS Food that was supposed to be hot was cold and some hot food was like it just came out of the refrigerator.

Food that was supposed to be cold was warm specifically the sushi rolls.

Food did not taste fresh. Very disappointed.

When trying to explain our concerns the wait staff became very defensive claiming it was safe. Not once did I see anyone taking the temperature of the food. They also continued to bring stuff from the kitchen and place it on the old stuff.

According to both the USDA & North Carolina State Law, Temperatures at a minimum for hot should be at minimum 140 °F or warmer. Just by feel alone this was not the case Cold foods should be held at 40 °F or colder. Again this was not the case. The sushi rolls were warm to the touch and with raw foods which present hazards to begin with this is critical.

Food Quality gets an F- Atmosphere and cleanliness gets a C+ Customer service gets a D+ because the we're trying to defend something that was wrong.

At least they refunded our meal cost.

We won't...

Not from New Burn and first and last time we eat here. Don't waste your time and money here! Pay before anything else. Never been to a place that you had to pay first. I know why they do that now... they would have a lot of people look at the food and turn around and walk out!! The food was hard, dry and luke warm. it had to have been sitting out for a while. Nothing was replaced or refilled in the 30mins we were there. The only thing that wasn't dry or hard was the mushrooms and the sesame chicken and it had set in the juice so long it was soggy. Two women employees watched you try and find something in the middle that wasn't hard or dry, after you walk away they go push it back together to hide the dryness. The server was the best part, she did keep our tea filled, which was good. The hibachi buffet in Fayetteville North Carolina is so much better, food pans stay full and switched out it's just got a lot of business and good food. A whole lot different...
