Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Braunfels

Just had to come on here and share my horrible experience at Dunkin this morning. So I walk in to the store to pick up my mobile order so I stand and wait in the line. When all the people are helped before me I obviously assume it’s my turn. But no apparently not the two women working the store completely overlooked me and started asking the people who came in after me if they needed help. Mind you I see my drink behind the counter just sitting there icing down. I even Tried smiling at one girl to get her attention. She just gave me a “look” so she obviously knew I needed help but still said nothing to me. It’s like I didn’t even exist or wasn’t being taken seriously at all. Mind you I have never once been rude to any of the women working there. I have always been super sweet and nice to them, and hardly ever complain. Finally, after standing there for forever a nice man who was working the drive-through noticed I had been there for a while and came and helped me. Being a young adult and young woman I already deal with not being taken seriously enough. This was honestly the worst way to start my morning. Hello, I've been a loyal customer for a very long time. Even going out of my way to a DD when this town had none. So I pre-ordered a drink for from my rewards member app. Mind you this is my Free Birthday gift you all give out yearly. (An amazing thing y'all do to show customers you care) However the management at this particular franchise owned DD restaurant has possibly changed my mind of loyalty completely. My husband went to try to surprise me to pick up my order which had already been placed the Night before so I wouldn't have to leave the house for my birthday. The management there refused to except what he was telling her about the pickup. Refused to look at any confirmation of order. Yelled at him that she didn't have to help him or give her name told him to leave and slammed the drive thru window in his face. Her actions as "Management " are simply atrocious. No telling how much business she has lost for this place! Something needs to be done. Not to mention I didn't receive my drink and it's completely gone in the app. So great birthday to me I guess! I would give this zero stars if i could but since you have to leave one for a review...

Unfortunately my local door dash doesn’t offer Starbucks only Uber eats does which sometimes doesn’t have drivers available. It’s not that I don’t like dunkin but 95 perfect of the time my order is always wrong, I would say almost all of the time I would probably just deal with it and eat what I got but the biggest problem is even the food I get is expired, old and hard. Literally just ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with hash browns and a plain cold brew. I got cold brew with cream in it (it’s fine I don’t mind cream even if it didn’t order it that way) I got a hard as a rock grilled cheese sandwich (zero ham and stale as heck) and finally hash browns that tasted and felt like they have been sitting forever. Keep in mind my order arrived fast from DoorDash so there is no way to blame them for this. Will not be ordering from this specific location again. If I decide I need to have dunkin for some reason I will go to the location off of 46. Haven’t had an issue with them yet. Unfortunately they don’t...
