I do not recommend this location , unsanitary food preparation , equipment, and handling coming from a former and wrongfully terminated employee . See attached photos of moldy Popcorn Shrimp that was actively being served there and their fryers had free floating debris from old oil that had not been changed in who knows how long .
Onsite management LaTanya and Joel are even aware that a flood breeched the food storage freezer and chose to re freeze TCS foods instead of properly disposing them.
There is no Quant disinfectant for their Three-Compartment-Sink’s to properly sanitize their food storage dishes and equipment that is used to prepare and serve the public . It was seen just dashed with water , not at standards, risking food-borne illnesses in general .
There are no food labels being used at the condiments station , I had mildew come out of the ketchup self serve. Also several areas of bacteria sludge and stench from the back of kitchen due to mismanagement and neglect .
The cooks have been witnessed not wearing gloves while prepping . And freezer doors are commonly left ajar .
Water intrusion in the A&W fridge that drips onto the food shelving where food is not protected , all shelves are dirty and have a bad stench.
One mouse witnessed in the back.
Management has been seen abandoning customers to go outside and smoke during service .
Management has been seen giving all you can eat to the homeless . On Long John Silver’s tab unauthorized.
Ice cream machine bags seen and left out at room temperature that are TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) , dairy. That can also cause a Food Borne Illness .

Read moreAlmost drove right past as there wasn't a single light on in the parking lot, or on the building (it was well after dark), but saw others coming and going. Was minimally impressed when a staff member held the door open for me...as he was billowing cigarette smoke on his break (same one who re-entered the store and went right to work on the line w/o washing his hands). When you walk into a place and get met at the counter by the staff, telling you they're "Working with a new "chef", your wait will probably be pretty long."...that right there should have sent me back out the door. But, at least they made good on their promise...21 minutes elapsed from the time of order until the time I walked out the door with my to-go bag. Should have checked my order before leaving, but didn't. Got home to find the fish missing from my fish/chicken platter. And the new "chef" (a k.a. deep fryer operator...what the hell is there to "chef" in a fast food joint??) must not have been very practiced at his hush puppy prep, as one side of mine were fried to a inedible crisp, and the other side barely more than the golden yellow they start life as... disgusting! Fries were cold and my chicken planks a bit tough/dry. This was made even more disappointing by the fact that I LOVE Long John Silver's deep fried heart attack food. Read moreHorrible staff and customer service. I ordered grilled shrimp, they came out with fried shrimp. My husband told the lady I didnt order fried, she told him yes she did. I went up there and told her I didnt order fried she said yes you did. I said maam I know what I ordered and I dont eat fried shrimp. She got annoyed and yelled across the counter to the manager and I went back and sat down. She was yelling out to the restaurant when we were ordering our food as well. My husband and I started praying and she yells across the restaurant as she is walking to us "maam maam we dont have any grilled shrimp, do you want a refund?" we stopped praying and I told her yes. We started praying again and she starts coming back yelling maam if you want a refund you need to go the front of the store. At this point she was rude with her yelling, her tone, her interruptions and for telling over and over again what she thinks I ordered we chose to keep praying. When we were done I got up to get my refund and was dealing with the manager (whom was present the whole time) I asked her who the manager is and she said she was and I told her the lady I had been dealing with was rude.
