The worst panda express even though it’s the new one we had a big issue with the order the first time we went there it had hair in our food so we called back and they said next time we come in, we can get a remake order so when we went back They didn’t put enough portion. She had already made our plate empty the back out so when I called about it, she had said that she had put too much of it so she had to remake the plate like really so when you make the plate you should’ve known how much of a portion it should be in there. She also had issues of us getting so many paper napkins so they asked us. Why are we getting so much paper napkins? OK they’re complementary so I guess we can get how much ever we wanted to get Did not like the manager her name was Chris . She tried to blame us saying that we do this all the time we were from San Antonio so how does she even know that we’re always there? From the moment I walked in, I could tell this location was going to stand out. The team members were incredibly welcoming and professional, going above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued. Their efficiency and attention to detail were spot on, and they handled the opening-day rush with ease and positivity.
Now, let’s talk about the food—it was simply outstanding! Everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. From the classic Orange Chicken to the savory Beijing Beef and the fresh veggies in the Chow Mein, every bite showcased the quality and consistency Panda Express is known for. The portions were generous, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste.
It’s clear that the team here takes great pride in their work, both in the kitchen and in the front of house. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making it a pleasure to dine in. I recently visited your location and ordered two Orange Chicken bowls, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
Both bowls were served with burnt rice that had a bitter taste and a charred texture. This completely ruined the meal, as the rice usually complements the dish. It’s shocking that such a basic mistake occurred, especially considering that your business has just opened. One would expect a higher level of care and pride in the food you're serving.
Serving burnt food not only reflects poorly on your establishment but could also be a violation of OSHA regulations, as it impacts food safety standards. There's clearly a lack of attention to quality control, and this type of mistake should not be overlooked. I suggest you take the time to carefully inspect the food before serving it, as these issues can lead to serious customer dissatisfaction.
