My Kid Wants To Go Every Day. Updated Jan 2025 This place is pretty awesome. There's your regular trampoline spaces, there's trampoline basketball, there's a fun game where you have to jump over moving foam rods, there's a whole multi-tiered playground area with no jumping, there's a balance beam over a foam pit with foam to push your opponent off, there's a wicked sweet ninja course over a ball pit, and a sweet rock climbing area. It's pretty fairly priced. Unfortunately, there are 3 tiers of tickets. We used to be able to do everything but the zip line with the deluxe (2nd tier) pass, but now the climbing area is in the most expensive tier. I do appreciate that adults don't have to pay if they aren't using the play spaces and that there is a discounted parent price. I'm so freaking tired of paying full price to enter kids' places that I cannot participate in, but still have to go to because children need supervision. The fact that this business recognizes that is straight-up awesome. You do have to buy their socks (they're non-slip so I assume this is for insurance) to play, but they're pretty cheap. You can bring the socks back for your next visit and they're decently made socks. The place is generally not busy during the week and that's perfect for bringing a little kid. I like to call ahead and make sure a school isn't doing a field trip because it gets a bit chaotic if that's happening. The place is huge with high ceilings and they keep it nice and cool which I appreciate during the summer. Unfortunately, their weekly hours are really limited during the school year. In the summer they open at 10 which is great for a kids' play date before nap time. During the school year they open at 4pm and that is too close to traffic and dinner to be worth going. I really wish they'd open a few times during the week in the morning- early afternoon so we could go more often. I bet a ton of homeschoolers and young kid moms would take advantage of this option. The staff is generally really nice. There are not a lot of people assisting or monitoring the sections, though. Unfortunately, this becomes an issue on the weekend when it's busy. Today (Sun.), I had to go find staff when kids were double jumping in an area that has an air-filled landing section. You're supposed to go one at a time but kids are excited or can't read and don't do this. Several kids almost had another kid land on top of them. It was clearly dangerous and no one needs a spine or head injury. After I told them about the issue, a guy came over and explained the rules but then immediately left. The kids then went back to double jumping and I pulled mine to another section. I think we will go back to avoiding weekend visits. I get that there are lots of reasons why parents can't supervise their kids for every moment in there; but if the space is going to allow that, they need to have more monitors in risky areas where there is a higher risk of serious injury. It also could be cleaner and it's kind of grimey. Take baby wipes and hand sanitizer. They also don't allow outside food and just have $$ concession stuff. I just bring our water bottles. If you want to lock up your stuff, you have to pay for a locker and there are only a few of them. I just carry my backpack/purse and throw our shoes into one of the free cubbies. My review used to be five stars but I've knocked it down one because they aren't open earlier during the week AND haven't addressed the safety issues. Both issues mean we go there less often.

My first time visiting this establishment took my 12,11 and 9 year old to celebrate a birthday. We did the ultimate package for all 3 to take advantage of all attractions, Wipe out was out of service, no problem so our kids tried the other attractions. One of my kids is a bit shy and soft spoken and decided to try the ropes course and while I waited at the bottom about 10 minutes my child came back down and said no one helped which shocked me because there was NO LINE. So I went up to the ride and I was also ignored by the very young lady running the attraction. After standing there for about 5 minutes I got her attention and she responded that my child “DIDN’T COME UP TO HER”. You would think if a child goes up to a ride and stands there waiting for about 10 minutes it’s because they are there to ride it. I thought the employees are there for a reason whatever happened to good customer service why wouldn’t she do her job and ask my daughter how can she help her? Instead of ignoring her and then ignoring me. I’m not surprised, they have children running the rides they have zero customer service, zero professionalism and do not care about their jobs. I was highly dissatisfied and displeased to say the least. My first visit here left me with a bad impression of this indoor park. If you don’t have outspoken children I guess this isn’t the place for your family.

I recently attended a birthday party at Urban Air in New Braunfels, Texas. While the party host was fantastic and the party itself was a blast, the overall experience was severely marred by one employee's behavior. An employee named Leah displayed an appalling level of rudeness towards the children. Her lack of patience and inability to interact with kids appropriately was shocking. My own son was so terrified by her that he cried every time he saw a staff member. I'm giving this review two stars: one for the amazing party host who made the event enjoyable, and another for the kind employee (I wish I had gotten her name) who listened to my concerns and genuinely comforted my son, turning his fear into comfort. This employee was a stark contrast to Leah. Leah needs serious retraining or, frankly, a different career path. Scaring children is unacceptable. It completely overshadowed what should have been a fun and memorable occasion. I strongly advise management to address this issue immediately.

Leaving a 1 star because they are associated with the worst franchise company in America.... I have just experienced the worst customer service in the history of being a member or patron at any establishment. I have waited on hold multiple times to cancel my son's membership. Today I went into our local UA to verify that I can only cancel if I wait on eternal hold. The Asst. Manager confirmed that was accurate. I waited on hold for customer service again. Finally, a very sassy, unfriendly girl answered and asked what I needed. I let her know the scenario of my son only using the membership I was paying for once during the 9 months since we've had it and if was there anything she could do. She said it is up to you to utilize your membership. I knew right then I was in for a treat, a real gem of a customer experience... She told me I had to make three more payments or pay an early termination fee of $35 (which was one dollar less than if I paid the 3 months). I had no idea that I was under a one-year contract. I signed up for the month-to-month membership payment option during the summer, as school was out, and thought it would be a great option. If I wanted a yearly membership I would've purchased that. I asked her if it could be transferred she said they couldn't do that. She continued to be snide and rude with her comments and it was apparent she was simply there to press buttons and recite UA's policies, which I might add, are in place to simply rip families off and keep these disgusting, germ-ridden parks doors open. With that said, I asked to talk to a manager. She said she would open a case for me and someone would email me. I asked if they only emailed or if someone would call, as in would there be a human I could speak to? She said no this is a corporation that isn't how this works. First off, that is asinine and secondly, it furthers my point that UA is scamming its customers. WORST FRANCHISE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and it shows in how they manage, treat their customers, and keep their establishments. I would really request someone to call me to discuss this but based on my conversation with the lovely customer service rep I understand that customers and service are not the priorities of UA. Money isn't the issue. It is simply a matter of principle. What company creates so many obstacles for a membership to be modified/cancelled and without an option to transfer? What happens if people move, or have other life events happen? And why lock parents/people into a year of membership that has no options to modify/freeze or transfer?...

My daughter loves this place. I like that there are so many places for parents to sit and keep an eye on kids, but I have really important suggestions for this place to remain successful. The staff is always undertrained, short handed, and unhelpful. There's only just a few kids working. Not enough to make the line go by fast when 1 person is at a register, not enough to keep attractions open that you pay extra for (big no-no), and not enough to watch all the attractions if something were to happen. There is also zero protection from a kid just walking out of there, so unless you're sitting at the 1 of the 3 massage chairs by the entrance, and you can't see your kid, there's nothing and no one stopping that. I don't care what liability waivers are signed, you should still feel responsible to do these things as a courtesy. Also, I came in with an online order and couldn't check in at the kiosk without needing to still wait in line for socks and get bands and a voucher for pizza. The bands are excessive and unnecessary, too. Absolutely zero reason for everyone to need to wear 2 bands. And I had to pay for every single adult and I was the only adult out of 4 that even jumped for 5mins. The voucher for pizza said free snack, and not 1 person could explain why it says that and no free snack available. In fact I got several different answers. First they said it was for online orders, so I said it was ordered online. Then they said it's something you get up front. I said where, with the socks? Then they said they must have given me the wrong voucher because they don't give a free snack. That was really annoying. None of the staff have correct answers for anything. The pizza is edible, to say the least.. there wasn't even pepperoni pizza and they said there was a shortage of pepperoni when I then saw another party get it an hour later.. There's always only 1 person helping with 6 climbing structures and rope course and sky course so it's never all open and nothing and no one stops kids cutting in line or cuts off how much time someone is on something. That is inexcusable asking people to pay more for those attractions and they can't even use everything when it's so unorganized. Also, I realized there was a guest wifi after looking on my phone but there'd no password for it posted anywhere, lol.. Unless these things are addressed, I won't be getting a membership and I won't be a regular customer who could help...
