I just left there today and had the worst customer service possible. I ordered my food spicy chicken sandwich combo no pickles and a 2 pc combo with fries and paid at the window and realized before pulling off that i was missing my fries for my order. The cashier went to get them and i asked for condiments to go with my order. I recieved the bag and looked inside to see my fries emptied into the bag with the packets thrown in there touching my food. I told the cashier i didnt want those fries because his gloves touched the packets, the register, and the knob on the window before it entered the bag and touched my food that i would eat. Then i told his counterpart who was next to him and they didnt want to acknowledge my concerns and give me new fries and new condiments separated into two different bags so my food wouldnt be contaminated with whatever germs that were on his gloves that he'd been wearing all day. So he got his manager to come over and she she literally stared at me like it was going to kill her to remake my order she was so rude and didnt care to give me what i asked for and i even explained the process of all the contact his gloves had with everything before it all touched the food i was going to eat. Then some sweet older latina woman making food overheard the conversation and just brought me new fries while the manager starred at me stupidly like i was wrong to ask for my order correctly especially with Covid19 going around i refuse to ever go back to this establishment. After getting home with my order my food was still wrong my sandwich was picked apart and the pickles taken out instead of them giving me a fresh sandwich i could taste the pickle juice seeped into the bread of the sandwich and they didnt give me ketchup after asking 6 times. Read moreI’ll start by saying, that I am a big fan of Popeyes. The food is good and it’s convenient for me to go by after work. Sometimes they’re slow, but it’s ok. I even understand orders getting messed up occasionally, but that hasn’t happened much there. Last week I went through the drive thru and ordered 12 ghost pepper wings. I paid, got the box, and headed home. I got home opened the box and had 6 wings. Like I said, mistakes happen. I’ll just call and I’m sure they’ll get this resolved in some way. Boy was I WRONG! I called and the phone rang and rang. I hung up waited a few minutes and called again. Same thing no answer. I decided that I’d just go to their website and see if I could email someone so they could get back to me. Coupe of days passed and I realized that no one has ever gotten back to me, so I sent another message. At this point I will say that I’m a little upset, not about the wings, but the fact that I can’t get anyone to talk with me. Finally after the 3rd email, I get a response. It asked me to describe the issue, even though I had already put that in the 3 previous emails. It has now been 1day shot of a full week and I’m still trying to get this resolved. This whole experience makes me feel that I’m not valued as a customer. I can’t contact the store and the customer service does not make resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Read moreThis place has fairly good food, that's not why im giving it a poor rating. It's because the service is the worst ever. Most of the people don't speak English which is really a pain when you want to tell them something and you don't speak spanish. There are no longer free water cups. Plus the magnetic strip on my credit card is broken and the couldn't figure out how to swipe it, i work retail so i know how, but the dont speak good english so the just say "no working" and that's it, not let me get the manager, or maybe the manager is the lady that doesn't speak English idk, but any manager should be able to enter a card. Plus they never have any of the specials that they advertise so you end of spending more than you wanted on something you didn't really want in the first place, i try to ask them when they will get it. They don't speak good english so i get the same, " no, we don't have" head shaking, while they are pointing to the sign that is advertising it. Like you don't have chicken? Or what? I've been there several times as its close to work and the sometimes they have specials "in stock" , i really hope the owner sees this and fixes some things! Like hire an english translator, should not be hard to find in America! Boooo...
