Subway — Restaurant in New Braunfels

It's normally clean here. It is a busy location tho. The worker are overworked and they are not afraid to tell you. They act overworked as well. One of the workers has ridiculous dandruff that hangs on the edge. This was my last day coming. I was afraid that one of the flakes was going to drop on my sandwich and I was overwhelmed with emotion. I only come because I get good coupons in the mail. Who ever owns this needs to hire more staff because your staff working 8 to 14 days in a row is disheartening and I won't come back til you fix these things I mentioned and stop being greedy. Less than impressed with my experience from ordering through the SUBWAY® app at this location. I ordered double meat along with two bags of chips and a drink, the two bags of chips that were delivered were wrong along with my missing meat. I called the store and spoke to Al Who informed me he couldn’t help me because he didn’t have the receipt of my order I offered him the order number from the app which he didn’t take because he kept reiterating the system was turned off; he then he proceeds to tell me well I can’t help you call back tomorrow at nine tomorrow because the store is closed. Would not allow us to put different veggies on The New SUBS. I managed Subways in Fort Wayne Indiana under Bill Humphries for 13 years. The high standard to customer service and quality to our subs was the highest. Now as a Travling Paramedic I must say this is the worst Subway I have ever been too. The lady that seemed in charge was rude. My team member followed through with getting his Sub, when he mentioned that you can’t see the steak under the veggies that came with it.
