I scheduled my first-ever Brazilian wax for October 11th as part of getting ready for my fiancé’s birthday. I arrived on time and checked in, but after 15 minutes with no update, I started calling to see what was going on. About 5 minutes later, I reached someone who told me they were finishing up with another client and asked if I could wait an extra 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I was hosting a party that day and didn’t have time to wait, so I had to leave.

I left a review out of frustration, and the owner reached out to apologize, explaining they were experiencing technical difficulties due to their grand opening. She was very kind and offered to make it right with a complimentary Brazilian wax, which I appreciated. I agreed and was rescheduled for an appointment after noon.

However, when I arrived for the second time, I noticed another woman waiting — and found out she also had an appointment for the same service. I was surprised and stressed, assuming I’d be taken right away, especially after already making the trip twice. Instead, I was told I’d need to wait another 45 minutes due to “technical difficulties,” even though I had just seen them take the other client in.

At that point, it felt like my time wasn’t being respected. I appreciate the owner’s effort to make things right, but unfortunately, I still left without receiving any service after two separate visits. I can’t recommend this place if you’re looking for reliability and respect...

I've been twice, once before opening during a training session for a full face and leg wax, and then once more for a Brazilian after opening officially. Both times I had a really positive experience! I appreciate the privacy of the suite and professionalism and friendliness of the waxer (Jazmin). I even got seen a little early for my 2nd visit. Came to the hello sugar spa was amazing. Felicita did An awesome job. I can say that I never had sugar wax before I was always used to getting regular wax, but the sugar wax wasn’t bad at all. She took care of me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed and stopped whenever needed. I appreciate her answering all the questions that needed to be answered.
