US Nails & Spa — Local services in New Braunfels

I’m sad I have to write this. I have been coming here since I was a teen with my mom. First things first: I dont know where these positive reviews are coming from. It USED TO be the best. Now? New management has let this quality suffer. Secondly: there was a very arrogant guy there who ignored almost everything I said and responded with “I know what looks better.” I asked for pink he said no only nude color. So now I have an ugly color that doesn’t match my skin tone, several VERY crooked nails, and the nails aren’t even filled in all the way so they look sloppy. I spent $135 as a birthday treat to myself. Now I want to take them all off because I have done manicures on myself that look better than his. Lastly: how do they get business in the time I was there they turned away 4 people saying “we’re done for the day” at only 3pm?? My pedicure was done halfassed too. My skin is red because the water was so hot it burned my feet. Then yet again I asked for a certain color and got told no because he knows better. Never going here again. I came in with my mother and my friend for manicures and pedicures. My pedicure was fine, nothing special or particularly bad. But my manicure was rushed. They had a large party of people waiting and not enough staff to take care of them. I had powder put on my short nails cause they are very brittle but they put a glob of uneven powder on my nails that it spilled over the side and under my nail. It was also noticeably uneven so it looks like I have a 1,000 coat nail polish challenge on my nails. I’m more upset that my mother paid for this ugly mess. I am down for leave from the military so I don’t have time to fix it before the holidays so I guess I’ll have ugly nails till I get back to my...

Never again will I go to this place. I paid for a $60 pedicure that took 10 min and was rushed the water was cold. Then to top it off I got my nails done and literally the lady scrapped my skin off on every finger with her nail filer after I told her she was doing it to rough and cut me , she continued to do it and cute more of My fingers. Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, and I will never be back again . Worst experience ever. Now I have to walk around with bandage on all fingers. Ridiculous .
