Customer Service was great product not so good. Maybe was just this time round . First time round was ok. They asked if I would like to add a shot. Asked what kind of tequila they used and was told it was everclear with tequila flavoring. So I still added one. This time round a different employee and I asked the same question when they asked if I would like to add a shot. They told me house tequila. 🤔 so I decided to, the sampler smallest size they have is what I purchased which apparently had two additional shots didn't even taste like a margarita.. 🤔... they said please be careful it is like half tequila.... mmmm okay, I don't what I just drank but it wasn't a frozen margarita with two...

I was visiting a friend and we saw this place when driving by one day. Kelli was working and was incredibly patient and helpful while we figured out what we wanted. She gave us recommendations and didn’t rush us at all when deciding. We ended up ordering a TON of samplers and she had a great attitude the whole time. The service continues to be poor. All you have to do is watch the line of cars and then watch cars drive off without drinks because they're tired of waiting. The service used to be great but this past Sunday, Monday, and again today, Friday, we haven't been able to get served because the line was not moving at all and no server was in sight. Management really needs to deal with this. But the drinks are great when you...
