Don't trust the "Corn" tortillas. I ordered Barbacoa on corn tortillas, mentioning I can't have flour due to an allergy. When I received my tacos, they looked like they were on flour tortillas. I asked the lady that handed them to me, she assured me they were corn. I tore off a piece and tasted it, it also TASTED like a flour tortilla (which I then spit out) and asked her to make sure. Another lady came to the window and said they use flour in their corn tortillas. I asked her to please make me new tacos on PURE CORN tortillas (she said they had some from a package). She brought me out new tacos in under 30 seconds. I then asked her, did you use the same meat, just dumping it into new tortillas? She said yes, they used the same meat. Clearly, they don't understand in the food industry, when people are specific about allergies, you take it SERIOUSLY. Also, they need to tell people that the "Corn" tortillas are mixed, not a regular...

The tacos cost almost $3.00 for a bean and cheese taco and the meat from carne asada was small like two chunks of beef all gravy and leaves very small for 3.50 and very tough meat and menudo was like rubber 11.00 for that in a 8 oz. cup food used to be good at this place year ago now it's horrible i think $34.69 for 3 carne asada and three bacon and eggs and a bean and cheese taco one horchata and a big red can is outrageous price for such horrible food and skimpy. Well back tortilla's next time. A lot bigger.and better. Well I went to give these people a second chance and they suck I told the lady this migas taco I asked for it to be grilled Instead there steaming there food in water and it has no flavor at all so I said I'm going to feed my little dog it hell she didn't even like it it's sad when a dog turns it down. Yall. This is a hidden gem. Their breakfast tacos are so good and they have really good salsas (a lot of drive thru taco places don't) but the real star?? Their horchata. It's borderline addictive its so freaking good. Hands down the best I have ever had. The flavor is so good, not watered down at all and it's the perfect level of sweetness. Run don't walk to go get some horchata!!! And maybe add a taco or two on the side :)

Update 12/28/22: came for dinner tonight because after traveling for the holidays and needed something easy and delicious and el charro did not disappoint again!
