I booked Ay! Arepa food truck for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made, it was AMAZING. Ernesto was a total pleasure to work with leading up to my wedding and communicative, kind, and enthusiastic. The arepas got absolute raves at my wedding. So many guests complimented the food, and called out the arepas. My husband says the flavor was delicious and they were speedy in bringing them out and so many guests complimented them. I sadly didn't get to eat much at my wedding but the next day when settling up our bills we stopped by another restaurant from Ernesto, Rubamba, and the arepas there were delicious. I’ve had a lot of authentic arepas and empanadas, and these didn’t stack up to that standard unfortunately. The chicken on the arepa was dry, and the pieces of corn in the arepa tasted like they came from a can.
