0/5 Stars. I had placed an order for tacos with the vegetarian option. For reference, the menu is laid out with 4 initial stages. Stage 1. Build it: Corn tacos, i asked for
Step 2. Fill it: Vegetarian, which has listed beneath it Guacamole, Rice and Beans (!!!)
Step 3. Stuff it: Rice & Fajita veggie please, I asked for kindly.
Step 4. Top it: Pico de gallo, salsa verde and Pickled jalapeños Side Of Red Onion.
What do they give me, you ask? PLAIN CORN tortillas with Jalapeños, Grilled Onion, and tomatoes. No Rice. No bean. No guacamole.
We were charged full price for tortilla and wet onion. When we called to say hey luv, we're missing the main ingredients such as rice and also bean, the woman who called herself manager said yeah you have to specify that you want everything that you want. She made no offer to charge us less or remedy this. And, lastly, she also yodeled about how this is why they don't take orders placed over the phone ... after taking our order over the phone with no request to use online order instead.
Perhaps, dear reader, acquire tacos elsewhere and/or place your order online.
Sincerely, a disheartened individual who deserves more than wet onion and jalapeños on...
Read moreThe first time I ate here, my partner and I dined in and ordered a variety of items — everything was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, our most recent experience with a DoorDash pickup was disappointing and didn’t live up to our initial visit. We ordered the same items: a California burrito and buffalo chicken nachos, and also decided to try the chips and queso, along with a chicken quesadilla. This time, the buffalo chicken was overcooked and lacked the flavor it had before. The chips were stale, and the queso tasted like something you'd get from a grocery store — we couldn't eat more than a bite. The quesadilla was burnt on one side, and both the nachos and burrito were just average. When my partner picked up the food, he didn’t recognize the staff member, and it seemed she was working alone. During our first visit, the food was prepared by a Black male cook, and that’s when everything tasted amazing. It seems like the quality really depends on who’s in...
Read moreI don't give out bad reviews if the food is bad , but the attitude and the care of the person who served me made me give a negative review.
If you are someone who has not eaten Mexican food , I wouldn't suggest you to try here.
I waited for 7 minutes for my enchiladas and asked the cashier if my order has been placed , I got a response " your food is in the oven , if you want it raw I can get it out raw , " I apologized and got interrupted with a " okokokok " and she was really rude.
After I came home with my take out: I had asked them to make my dish spicy, got my dish (enchiladas) filled with spicy hot sauce, the person who served me straight-right lacks empathy she should have warned me that my dish is filled with only hot sauce, it was just plain spicy and nothing else. Since my dish was takeout I couldn't do anything about it. Threw my dish to the trash, no way I can eat that.
I don't think I see...
