Unresponsive. Literally my first time here. I walked in and patiently waited in front of the register for 3 minutes 🙃. Then I started saying "excuse me" "Hello?".. nothing they are 100% just doing drive thru orders. I went to the left side register where most of the crew is at because maybe that's how they run things here, I asked " is this where I order?" To the closest employee to me who literally looked at me and raised their finger and just continue the drive thru order....then I just politely waited a bit more and still nothing bro. Why have your doors open if you only talk to the drive thru customers. I had to use the bathroom and wanted some coffee on the way out. I assume the food is probably just the same as any dunkin donuts I wouldn't know considering I got completely ignored. I'm writing this review so that the manager in charge of this location does something about these employees.... like just have one person attend the people...

It's a problem with all Dunkin's that they LOAD bagels with butter to the point where it's soggy and leaking. I just got a brand new car this week, and I stopped for my bagel with butter, only for there to be literally an inch of butter in the corner of the bag. It leaked onto my passenger side seat and left a NASTY stain. I realize I should've been more vigilant, but there's absolutely no reason for that much butter.
I contacted customer service through the app, and they supposedly passed the message along to the location to contact me. Anytime they say this, I've never, not once, received a call from the individual location. Customer service is useless, and Dunkin' locations...
Read moreOn April 30, 2023 I walked into Dunkin. To order a small hot chocolate with whipped cream and a chocolate glazed donut. While in front of the employees I spoke. Although it was obvious that everyone was already handling orders. I did not like that no one said to that they'll be with be shortly. Common courtesy would of appreciated. A nice employee asked if I was able to place my order. I told her no one asked for my order. Part of my order was wrong I asked for a 1 chocolate glazed donut with my hot chocolate. There was a stale Glazed donut added to my order. That I didn't even ask for the employees need to do better. Greet customers as well as getting orders correct before charging customers for something that they didn't ask for a stale donut and watery...
