I ordered a pair of shoes right off of their instagram page, and I couldn't be happier. When I sent them a message saying that I was interested, I got a response from someone right away, and they gave me payment and pick-up/shipping options. I opted to pick up the shoes within the next few days. They said that was fine. Fast forward a few days later, and I pulled up to the store, but I had limited time and needed to be somewhere else very soon. Immediately, they brought me over to the counter when I told them I was picking up. I showed them the cash app screenshot, and Ieft at a decent time. The whole process was super convenient and easy! Not only did I get a good deal on the shoes I bought, but they were in immaculate condition. I wish I had more time to walk around cause I caught a glimpse of some nice grails. Listen.. for my first time I've ever walked into this store in the many many years I've lived here.. staff was somewhat cool but when it comes to selling anything to any of these types of stores (pawn shops, sneaker buy sell trade etc.) They are always trying to play you I just don't understand it.. you offer such a low low low price but turn around and you make a profit off it, like see this is the type of stuff I'm always talking about but it's cool to accept 80 doller Nike sb?? But not a 200 doller shoe makes no sense I'm pretty sure things are over priced here but looks good quality.. idk just knowing me I would never shop here but to each your own I guess.. the selling aspect of it is a complete joke makes you feel like you never have a chance.. but just my 2 cents.. bros it's hard out here at least give the seller a chance don't just try...

Messaged them on Instagram about some shoes they had, they replied within a hour or so, from the get go they already have great response times and they answer all your questions through their Instagram account directly, the next day I went in the store and was immediately greeted by 2 nice men asking me how I was, I asked for the shoes that I messaged them about and asked if I could try them on, they went and gave me the shoe I tried it on and bought them. the process was extremely quick, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with my new pairs of Jordan’s, the customer service is 10/10 and I recommend you all check...
