My family has been here a few times over the years and the ice cream is always great. However, this last visit Melissa really shined and saved the day. There was this hoax played that shut down the city streets and we couldn’t make it back to our car which left my us stranded - not only did Mellissa welcome us to relax in the store but when we left she offered to assist me in getting to my car safely without walking miles in the dark and cold so my family can leave town (it’s a bit difficult to explain). Truly one of the most vile, disgusting restrooms I’ve ever seen. Even my husband was repulsed. I had a banana split there, and used the restroom afterwards. I now cringe to think of how filthy the surface on which she ( not very friendly either) cut the banana might have been. I’ve see cleaner restrooms in backwoods gas stations. SHAME ON THEM! hire better help! The next size up from small was about 3 oz of ice cream.... I asked for a sundae with some hot fudge, peanut butter sauce & banana. The person helping me offered reeses cups not knowing they even had peanut butter sauce until someone else told him. I was charged $8 for about 2 oz of ice cream with a smidgen of each sauce &the bananas were cut so huge that you couldn't fit it in your mouth. Worst...
