Buffalo Bills Roadhouse — Restaurant in New Kensington

So, several times I gave this small restaurant a chance to make things right, however, they still insisted on taking advantage of me as a customer, in my opinion. You pay top dollar for what is to me, some of the puniest wingdings I've had around the Burgh. Yes, the flavors are good but who wants to pay top dollar for a half a bite of several of their wings. I understand that because they are one of the very few wingding places around the area that there's no real competition, but.... I've already brought this to their attention but only to fall on deaf ears. Not only that, but they didn't even give me enough sauce, I mean, it was barely a thin layer at the bottom. Shame on you and then they gave me attitude when I asked for my money's worth the next time, wow.... I'm surprised that they have the high rating they do, people around the area must not venture out much. I think I'll just stick to the regular sized wings around these parts like Frosted Mug or Gunny's. Sorry ladies but I'm done with your business. It's a shame because I love the flavor of your wings. However, I'd rather travel further for Dino's wingdings in Greensburg or Quaker Steak and Lube's in Oakland where I know my money gets me what I pay for. Some of our friends have had the same experience here also. I think I will encourage them to share their story and maybe in the future this will be a non issue for current customers or potential new customers. Updste Aug 2025: place is still awesome. They get food out incredibly fast and tastes delicious. Stopped by 2 days in a row since I dont know when I'll ever be back. Love their style of wings.

Stopped by here on a whim and didn't disappoint. Staff are inviting, funny, and friendly. The wings are NOT fried and are essentially oven baked in a pizza oven. The char is perfect on them and cooked nicely. French fries are fresh cut and not frozen from a bag. Charge you a $1 for dipping sauce for wings which was fine because it's a large cup and not skimpy. I got Genetal Jake's and Origjal hot. Flavor of both was delicious. Next time I'll get a little bit hotter as their pretty mild, at least to me. General Jake's was good, seems like it may have a soy sauce base? I personally like soy sauce so NBD. They do have wing night on Tues with .75 bone in wings. Also there's 8 beer coolers to choose from if your thirsty and 2 on tap. All in all,...

This without a doubt was the worst meal I have ever eaten in my life. I literally don’t want anyone else to experience this so I am sharing my experience. I ordered an oven baked chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken breast was so hard that I could not chew the meat. There was no seasoning on the chicken and even after taking it home and trying to chop it up it was inedible. There was no lettuce or tomato on the sandwich so I added fresh lettuce tomato mayo and seasoning when I came home. I still could not consume it. The fries were unforgettably terrible. It tasted like the oil has not been changed in years. The fries were saturated in the flavoring of the old oil and had no seasoning on them. Even when I came home I tried to add salt old bay and adobe seasoning and still I had to throw it away. I wish it was possible to give less than one star.
