Really doesn’t matter about service or atmosphere when the food was a big disappointment. First time at the restaurant. Ordered the pulled pork to dine in. The meat was not pulled, big hunks of untrimmed pork with over a quarter of it being blobs of fat. The smokey flavor was overpowering and 6 hours later is giving me a sick stomach. Food took a while to come out. Food was warm, not hot. Maybe heat lamps would be a good thing to have while you’re putting orders together. A lot of fat on the pulled pork. I was hoping to have a beer…no alcohol though. I liked my ribs and brisket. Potato salad and cornbread was good. Wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries with cinnamon.
