Don't go to New Lenox Smoothie King! Horrible service! First time I went to this location they got the order wrong. I didn't mind it was still good. However the second time I ordered on-line at the location closer to my house in Shorewood and accidentally had New Lenox as the location. I quickly called over to to cancel but they said they couldn't. So I just ordered a new one at the location I was at - Shorewood. Even the lady at Shorewood said they could have. It's sad how some stores are just money-hungry. The manager over there is horrible and I will never go to that...

I visited this restaurant for the first time the day opened (September 3, 2020). I got the dark chocolate banana smoothie (a vegan option). It was super delicious. I also bought some vegan protein bars. The management was also really polite and accommodating when I reported an issue with a coupon that I discovered after having paid. Based on my experience, I should be leaving a 10 star review at least because that’s how happy I was from this experience. These people really made my day and I will definitely be coming back...
