Do not waste your time. My policy is that I donât do business with business that donât treat me with respect and give me value for my money. If something doesnât work, then just fix it. If you donât know then say âI donât know, but let me find out for you.â Business are run by humans and humans make mistakes. I donât judge them badly because they make a mistake. Itâs how they resolve the mistake that matters. At this point I was totally turned off by "his" mannerism that I didn't care to speak to him anymore. I was so caught up in the moment that I did not complete my drink and left a 20$ bill on the table, giving him a 10$ tip, that he did not deserve. The bouncer hounded me inside and outside stating angrily, "come here". When I didn't answer him he started to follow me and persist obsessively with the same question "what's wrong?". Finally I just left. I went back two days after because I left my charger on that night and well behold i met a new manager which I explained to her that I didn't like how "Rob"mistreated my company. She said she was a manager and will let my feed back be known. I went in today 02/10/18 to look for a friend..the bouncer saw me and hastily approached me saying "Rob says he does not want you here anymore" I never cursed at any of the workers there nor threaten. Discrimination takes many forms, and itâs more common than you may think, if your of color go...
Read moreWas visiting the town and saw they had a happy hour sign and decided to stop in. Got a couple drinks, a bunch of people next to us were playing kino so we decided to join in. Gave the bartender a $20 bill for only a $5 game and my family next to me gave a $5 bill. The female bartender named âFernandaâ returned with a $5 bill in change when i paid with a $20. I told her she owed $15 and she threw the tickets at us and said âshe does not have time for thisâ in a very disgusting attitude. Clearly the woman cant take accountability for a little mistake that i wasn't angry about until she had a HORRIBLE attitude. I asked her to give me my money back because at that point i was completely over just trying to have a little fun because of her disgusting persona. We were minding our business after that, she continued to walk around with dirty looks and eye rolls at us and decided SHE was going to close our check. Avoid this place at all costs, ive been to many bars/pubs in my life time and have never been treated with such disrespect from a bartender. Ive seen women run a bar 10x more crowded than that and clearly this woman cant handle pressure or accountability for her own mishap. Quite pathetic. Went to the iron rail after, amazing staff and great drinks. Recommend 100000% the iron rail. The female bartender at oâconners âFernandaâ cannot handle a bar or customers...
Read moreI recently visited O'Connors with a group of five people. We enjoyed our time drinking and eating until an unfortunate incident occurred. While playing pool, my pink Ray-Ban sunglasses were stolen from the table. I immediately informed a waitress, who suggested I call the next day to check the security cameras. I left my contact information, hoping for a prompt response.
The following day, I called O'Connors and was met with a condescending individual who refused to give me her name. She informed me that the manager was on vacation. I requested that she check the lost and found, but she rudely hung up on me. Over the next ten days, I repeatedly called the establishment, only to be met with the same person who hung up on me each time. The manager never returned my calls, and my sunglasses remain stolen.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The lack of honesty and customer service at O'Connors is appalling. If you're reading this, I urge you to be cautious. The refusal to check the cameras and the overall dismissive attitude of the staff seem highly suspicious. I will never return to this place and advise others to think twice...
