I have ordered delivery from this location around 5 times, and have not received my pizzas a single time. If the owner could actually give me a call about receiving my money back, that would be great.
The first time I ordered, they told me I did not answer the door, so I took it on the chin assuming that they were correct, despite me sitting right next to my door.
The second time, I asked them to call my in the delivery instructions, only to not receive a call, and not receive my pizza again. When I called, they told me that it is not the driver's responsibility to call me, even if it's in the delivery instructions.
Taking what they told me into account, I ordered a third time. This time I sat on my porch, waiting for them to show up. Their car drove up, and then drove away. After an hour of waiting, I called again. A woman who identified herself as a manager told me that the delivery driver had pulled up, tried to call me, but I did not pick up, so they drove off. I asked them if it was not standard procedure to come up and knock on the door anymore, because I was sitting on my front porch waiting for them the entire time, and they hung up on me. I called back, and spoke to another woman who identified herself as the manager, (who insisted there was no other manager on duty,) and she agreed to put "credit" on my account in place of the order.
I ordered my pizza a fourth time, and this time I called them up first to ask how I go about cashing in the credit on my account. The employee then told me that I had no record of any sort of "credit" on the account, so I would have to pay again. Begrudgingly, I ordered another pizza, only for the delivery driver to not show up at all. When I called them, they told me that they were having issues getting the delivery to my address (which is directly facing a main street, so I find that difficult to believe,) and that she would issue a credit to my account. I asked her what her name was, because the previous time I had been promised credit for my missing pizza, they never followed through.
The fifth time I ordered the pizza, I decided to pick it up myself after work, to eliminate the chance of my pizza going missing. Upon ordering, I was informed once again that there was no credit on my account, and that there was no one working there by the name that I had been given. I asked if they couldn't check who was working that night, and they told me they had no way of knowing who was working any particular night. I went in to pick up my pizza, only for me to get home and realize it was entirely the wrong order, including an ingredient that I have a severe allergy to. When I called to complain, they again pushed the blame onto me, telling me that I "should have checked the pizza before I left the store," and that they would not replace it.
I ended up calling the corporate line, and they told me that they could do nothing about it because it is a franchise location. They assured me, however, that the franchise owner would be reaching out to me shortly. It has been a month since that, and I have since called the corporate line again, only to be told the same story.
Do. Not....

My pizza always has raw dough, my wings are only ever lightly drizzled in sauce, I never get my side dip or the extra dip I pay for, my pasta is constantly short, and even after calling before the order was made to remind them about the sauces, nobody was able to prevent the issue, despite vocalizing my concern. Most of the delivery drivers are super sweet, especially the one from tonight, but their polite and charming manners do not make up for their team members' God awful service standards. I spent $16 for 10 barely coated wings with none of the extra sauces. All of these examples have happened to me at a MINIMUM of 3 times now. I've ordered with them too many times thinking it must have just been a bad day. No way. Every day is a bad day there. Edit: the super sweet delivery driver last night was named John. They sent him to bring the ranch, (I was also missing the other sauce as well, the one I paid for lol) even though I said it was fine, I was just calling to report that this is not the first time. John tried to apologize on his behalf for someone else's f-up. He informed me that they all come with a ranch but the extra was not listed on the ticket... my order was only 10 Buffalo wings, with an extra Buffalo sauce (because they don't ever coat the wings) and the side ranch. I ordered it an hour and a half before it got to me.. how do you mess that up? It's not a mistake, it's being lazy. And the fact that the delivery driver had to apologize for something he didn't do.. Please do another team member training or something, and give...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn April 8, 2021, we placed an order. One item on the order was a veggie pizza with no cheese. The pizza came with cheese. I called back and was told they were too busy to remake the pizza, despite the fact that the online order clearly showed no cheese. They told me they would give me a credit in our next order and that I would have to call thatborder in. Last night I called to place an order for my family. I explained that I had a credit and the manager, Damon, got extremely hostile. I asked why he was being so hostile and he said he was having a hard day. He was so extremely rude that I told him I no longer wanted to place the order. I asked for a refund and he refused. I asked for the corporate office email, so I could get the matter resolved and he hung up on me. I went to the location to ask for the corporate phone number or email and the other manager I spoke to said they did not have that information. He also said he couldn't provide a refund because it was over 2 week. He did admit that Damon's behavior was unprofessional but still refused to give me any information on who was above them. I have never been yelled at and treated so rudely. I am astonished that they allow employees to treat...
