Visited New Year’s Eve Morning. Called before going & said come soon cause we’re leaving early & then also told us where else we could get their products in case we missed them. Headed straight there & made it in time. Couldn’t decide just what to get - LOTS of options. They gave us some samples to try & even warmed them in the microwave so we could get the correct taste & flavor experience. All options are the same per pound price which is nice. Ended up getting 6 different sausages & 8 pounds all frozen & packaged for travel. Have only tried 1 or 2 so far but have been excellent. Read moreI first tasted their Smoked Boudin at Napoleon House Restaurant and asked the waiter where they sourced it from. Later I drove by the Factory by happenstance. Vaughn saw us stop in front when we were taking a picture and invited my aunt and I inside to taste a bit of their breakfast sausage they were cooking up! We got to see part of the small factory where they were stuffing sausages. Wonderful friendly people, got some discounted Boudin! I will have to ask my Aunt send me some home to the west coast...
