Processed an online order at 8:04pm, order tracker said order was completed at 8:45pm, then said it was delivered. Called at 8:57pm and was told the driver was still out on delivery to give him a few mins. So waited, called AGAIN at 9:23 and was told to please hold...then call was "disconnected". Called back at 9:27 and was told my food was sitting there and would be on it's way shortly, I politely said ok but I didn't want to have to call back again. Then at 9:30, the manager Jamere, called me and said that the reason why the order wasn't delivered was that I didn't answer the phone when they called...because they never called me. So then this girl gets back on the phone, instead of the manager, I said "at this point I just want a refund" she then tells me that it would be 1 to 2 days to get a refund, I said no, if that's the case I want my food, to which she said that i was free to come pick it up. I said, why would I do that when I placed an order for delivery. She said that it was their policy to not send a driver back out because he was already paid to deliver.l but that she would check to see if he "wants to go back", I said I paid for my food and I want my food and that is NOT a policy followed my Dominos. She then said that she would cancel my order and then hung up on me.
Literally ordered from them last night and had no issues, ordered again tonight and worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered on a Thursday at 10:20pm (closes at midnight) order says will be delivered in 1 hr calls me 20 minutes later and says they don't have enough drivers to deliver so they cancelled my order.
stuff happens so friday I order once again, this time around 9:30pm. store calls me again after about 25mins and says "we can't bring you your food so you have to come get it if you want it". I replied with "man this is the second time in two days you all have done this". The manager Jamere says "You wanna know why we can't deliver to you? it's because too many people want us to bring them their food, so do you want to come get it or not?" after the disrespectful tone he had and the rudeness I told him forget it just cancel.
I then try on Sunday at 8:45pm. This time the order goes through and I wait 2 hours and thirty minutes so I call and ask if my order is still coming. The same manager from Friday says " I cancelled your order because I don't have enough employees and we are short staffed. He then says " It's not much fault I can't bring you your food. I don't have enough emplouees"

This time I received a text "Your delivery driver, Brea, is on the way!" Then 15 minutes later I received a text "Your Domino’s order has been canceled, please call your store." This this is the SECOND time this has happened. The first time the store repeatedly hung up on me, fortunately this time someone answered. I was told that, despite the text, Brea had reached the end of her shift, clocked out and went home. My pizza was canceled because there were no more drivers for the day. It's 5pm Sunday, i.e., dinner time, how do you not have drivers? And I used the 'Piece of the Pie' free pizza reward that I received to make up for the previous issues, so now I have neither rewards points nor a pizza. ‐-------------------- TWO WEEKS AGO: Never again, Domino's is off my list. I received a 'free' pizza credit due to issues with my last order.
