My wife has a garlic intolerance. Restaurants are usually like ok well this dish has less garlic or I have even heard "well we use garlic powder not garlic...". That being said "Gilda" was immediately helpful and curious to learn more about this disorder. Super friendly and my wife had no problems with eating. I tried her Pho and it was delicious. Coming to New Orleans, hoping to have a good Vietnamese food but had a very bad experience with the restaurant. My soup was plain and noodle was overcooked and not a lot of portion of meat.
