I order delivery from this place a lot. They were kinda rude, but it's definitely a cultural thing. The Cantonese have very sharp tones in their voice so it's hard to tell if they're really rude or not tbh. Sometimes I call in with a Vietnamese or mandarin accent and sadistically mess with them. It's funny as hell. The food is okay. Moon wok is better imo, but pricier, so you pay for what ya get.

The delivery guy is cool AF tho. Straight up g.

I sometimes answer the door naked or in a dead pool costume. Surprised i haven't been charged with public indecency yet. Sometimes I like to dump the orange chicken on myself and pretend i'm a giant eggroll or rice or something. Occasionally I'll shove a handful of their beef broccoli and cry myself to sleep in the corner.

Either way, its not too bad of a place and not to bad of food. Would recommend to any of my drunk friends who have a stripper and 8 balls of cocaine over at...

The idea behind any Chinese/American food restaurant is deeper than just going to some drive through for a burger. Before I could barely sit after they took my order of a chicken and garlic combo the food was done! I was impressed. Now there isn't too much outside of what you expect from Chinese food but I will say this, the prices of the food was actually fair. Impressive because of the amount of rent they probably have to pay working that close to Bourbon Street. Many places on canal charge close to $10 for a pack of cigarettes and almost double for any thing else you buy. I got very good food at a very fair price. I will come here again. Some of the instructions to customers were handwritten on the wall and even though the place was immaculate the theme seemed a little weak. The service was very friendly the people were very nice and they we're not in a hurry to force you to leave after you're done...

I call for pick up and the lady had a nasty attitude and even was rude over the phone saying what do you want in a rude manner so I went there and express my concern in a polite way but she said I'm busy that's why I had a nasty rude attitude and I told her you not supposed to have attitude with paying customers and she said if you don't like what I'm doing don't come to my Chinese restaurant. I replied you are not the only Chinese Restaurant in New Orleans and you should respect your customers regardless of how busy you are that's called customer service. I spent a lot of money in this restaurant even gave a lot of tips but I would never go back to this Chinese restaurant ever again because there are better tasting Chinese restaurants like Chinese Kitchen china doll green tea and and Great Wall so if I want Chinese for now on I'm going to them because they respect...

It was already close to 9 PM, and after eating oysters and seafood for the past three days, I needed something different. This particular American-Chinese restaurant deserves some recognition. I ordered pepper steak, Sichuan beef, house special fried rice, and two different types of soups. The meats in the mains were plentiful and tender, with thick and velvety sauces, which I preferred. The fried rice was not oily—nice! I was pleasantly surprised to find red bell pepper in the Sichuan beef. Although a small detail, it made the dish visually pleasing, red bell pepper is much more expensive than green. Most takeout places only use green peppers. The place doesn't look like much, but their food tastes great late at night. I became a bit nostalgic, reminiscent of my student days.

Great location but not so tasty food. It's not a fine dine rather a counter self served food. Ordered a fried rice which wasn't good at all, barely eatable, it was made of sticky rice and the chicken on it wasn't nice either. The chicken lo-mein fun was better than the fried rice but again average too. The vegetable spring rolls were okie. Hot and sour soup again was just average. I don't think I will go back to eat here. Again location was good for the restaurant which is the best thing about the restaurant It's right on Canal street in downtown.

I’m sorry guys, but I can’t bring myself to give it 4 stars. It’s just decent, at best. And I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to make my food when I arrived to pick up my order. I had ordered online an hour beforehand… :/ HOWEVER- I appreciate the veggie soup (especially when I’m hungover:), I can’t find another Chinese place that sells it. It’s pretty basic- just vegetables in broth, but it’s got a clean taste that I crave when I’m feeling oh so dirty inside. And the ladies that work there are nice, so that’s a plus.
