AWESOME EXPERIENCE! We loved playing at this location and can’t give it enough praise for the outstanding time we had! We played Carnival Heist and French Quarter House of Curiosities at this location and had an absolute blast in both rooms. The rooms had us thinking and puzzled the entire time we were there and made us very happy to see such well designed rooms. The attention to detail was some of the best we have seen in any room! We were surprised and excited by some of the twists of the story lines and puzzles, furthering our new found love for Clue Carré. The owner and employees obviously care very deeply about their craft and it shows from the moment you step through the door. You CAN’T have anything less than a great time here and I highly recommend playing any/all of these rooms. After playing at all 3 of their locations, I do have to say the absolute best part of this company is the staff. Though the games were stellar and high quality, my fiancé and I could not get over how great our game masters were. We were lucky enough to have Emma as our GM for both rooms and wish we could have here as a game master for every room. She made us feel welcome and like we had an extremely knowledgeable and capable GM who knew how to make the experience perfect for us. Emma was awesome and made the rooms feel like we were playing a room with a friend as our GM. She even said, “Oh good! I was hoping it was you guys when I saw that 2 people booked after you left,” when greeting us for our second game at this location. Emma made our rooms even more fun and hung out and talked to us about escape rooms and other stuff after we had finished and made my fiancé and I feel like she genuinely enjoyed us playing the rooms with her. We heard from another employee that she had texted them about how she had fun being our GM and that she liked watching us play. This made my fiancé feel like she was right to have said that Emma was her new favorite GM. Emma if you are reading this, you made my fiancé’s experience here outstanding and she absolutely loved you! Play Clue Carré! Play every room at every location! You won’t regret it.

Excellent experience! Our game master was “Kam with a K” as he would say! Kam was super helpful and very fun to work with! My husband and I have each done one escape room in the past; however, this was our first one together! The pricing was the lowest I could find in the area AND the game was private, so I couldn’t have purchased it quicker! We did the Voodoo Cemetery as it seemed the most likely to complete with only two people and little escape room experience between the two of us. We ended up finishing the room with a few minutes to spare, though, so I think we chose well! Overall, a super fun experience that was perfect for a nice date. Parking was also very convenient and easy (we parked on the road almost directly in front of the Clue Carre entrance - so less than a minute walk). We also ended up getting there earlier than anticipated and they offered to just start our game a little early since we weren’t waiting on anyone, which was great! Lastly, after the escape room, Kam offered to take our post-game picture (including one on my phone) and it came out great! I’m one of those people who has to make sure everything is perfectly placed and everything is captured that should be when I take photos so I cracked up when I heard Kam say “ok, I need to backup so I can align both chandeliers into the photo.. gotta make sure it’s great! That way you have a really good version on your phone that you can keep and do whatever you would like with,” because it sounded just like me! *I attached both the official Clue Carre photo and the one Kam took on my phone to this review as reference! Anyway, 12/10 would recommend coming here and 20/10 would recommend having Kam as your game master :)

My wife and I were in New Orleans for a wedding and it was our third time there. So we wanted to do something more wholesome than the usual Bourbon street binge drinking. We have done over 30 escape rooms but this was our first time doing them with just us two, so we were a bit nervous but up for the challenge. Day 1 we had Kam who was awesome - so enthusiastic and excited to be our game master. We did the Voodoo Cemetery with ~16 mins to spare and then the Revenge on the Bayou right after with ~19 mins to spare with just the two of us. The rooms were challenging but very doable for even 2 people with escape room experience. I had so much fun day 1 that I wanted to finish all the rooms they had to offer so we booked their other 2 rooms the next day. We literally brought our luggage with us and went to the airport after. Nisha was our game master and she was also amazing and had great enthusiasm! We did both the Carnival Heist and the Vampire Hunter room, which are supposed to be harder than the Voodoo/Bayou. We finished each with about ~6 mins left to spare. Those rooms would definitely benefit from having a team of ~3-4+ players, but it is doable with 2 if you are experienced. The rooms are designed so well and the immersion is excellent - great props, decor, and story. The puzzles made sense and had great flow to them. What I liked the most about Clue Carre is that they only do private room experiences, so you aren't paired up with random strangers. I can't wait to check out their other location and rooms we haven't done when we are back in Nola!!! What a wonderful bookend to our nice vacation.
