We placed a large order by phone for a party today and when we went in to pick it up the order was not ready. We were patient and thought🤷🏻♀️ okay, we will wait but we thought that was why we placed the order by phone and they gladly accepted it and told us it would be ready. As we stood waiting, there were two ladies in the window putting it together talking belligerently about other coworkers and not covering people while they get there hair done. The one actually stopped working to face the other to carry on that conversation right in front of us and about ten other customers. I thought to myself wow, that's really unprofessional to do in front of customers let alone to take the time to stop and complain in front of us while there were many people waiting on their orders. One of the ladies brought out our order and went through it. We asked if the extra wedges we ordered were there and she said, you only get five and we responded yes that's why we stated we wanted to purchase one extra order. She turned to the other whe was complaining with and asked if it was there and she responded she didn't know and she already threw the order away. She then looked at us and stated snippy "we are really busy" and I responded "not too busy to sit back there and complain about your work situations and the other lady responded "I'm the owner" ...like wowwww. She was the one who stopped putting the order together to have the conversation in front of all of us complaining about her employees! I would never have admitted after acting like that that I owned the restaurant and I was so pleased to see all the other customers who had to wait while they carried on got to witness her act in that manner. Good food, trash employees and ownership/management. Mind...blown. And I will say I have ordered from ther many many times and enjoy their food but I will not be going back after that and I hope everyone who witnessed the incident feel the same way. What happened to customer service? You will not find it there. Then I read some of there reviews and see there is a pattern of rude, unprofessional employees serving there....

Read moreArrived and was not quickly greeted by anyone. Someone was cleaning trash cans when we were standing at the register. When she finished, she came around not washing hands and took our order. We were dining in, as we are out of towners. We went and got our drinks, all the fountain pop was clear except lemonade.. we went and sat, and 3 other people had come in about 20 mins after we sat. They ordered for take out, and sat and waited on it, briefly. Another 20 mins has past, they received their food and out the door they go. We were still waiting for ours. My husband and I ordered the same exact meal - #1 with macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Our son ordered the kids 2 piece tender & mashed potatoes. We were about 10 mins shy from an hour wait when the girl who took our order spoke up and stated they were waiting on biscuits, if we'd like to just get another side, we were welcome To. So, we did. We took another side of macaroni and cheese, each. I assumed at this point, our food was ready.... I was extremely wrong. We waited ANOTHER 15 mins, when finally our food was complete. My husband went up and grabbed our tray.. upon beginning to eat, everything was ice cold. We knew if we were to complain, we'd never get a meal at this point. We decided to trash our loss & leave. It was by far the worst service I have ever had, anywhere. Employees were carefree and lazy. It's unfortunate that such a highly spoken of location, is...
