This location left me stunned. We ordered a few drinks and when the bartender opened the fridge to grab the limpest cucumber I've ever seen to muddle into my drink, bar flies exploded out of the fridge. The bartender has made a comment under his breath and sniffed the cucumber, so I guess that passed quality control. My drink had a weird aftertaste of overripe cucumber. Anyways, to the food. I asked to dine in and started with the loaded fried pickles. Safe place to start, right? Well not only did my app come out 10 min after my entree, they were apparently done in an air fryer or small oven and was the tiniest portion of over salted, soggy pickles I had ever had. The real kicker was that everything came out in to go boxes and plastic silverware. If I'm dining in and paying $14 for a handful of fried pickles, at least give me a real plate and silverware, not a 4x5 inch take out box. The wonton chip poke was even more expensive and just as tiny of a portion. Their food prep area was a mess, filled with unwashed lettuce and dirty mixing bowls. The fish was very warm. I honestly shouldn't have eaten it but I was waiting so long I was starving at that point. All of the food was exposed to the elements with no covers and near the front doors, which were also open. I guess that explains the flies. Overall, the menu was severly lacking and the quality was not up to my standards for a place that serves fish. Unfortunate waste of $84. (Yes, I still tipped the bartender generously). What really got me was that both owners were there and complacent in the all of this. But that's a choice, I guess. My partner is a chef and was stunned at the way the food prep area was kept. He was wanting to leave but I felt like giving it a fighting chance. He wanted to add that you should never have unwashed, warm lettuce set out as a ready to order item. And for the love of god, clean your station. I felt it rude to take photos, but I'll leave it up to anyone visiting to just take a peek while their food...

The bar, a stunning centerpiece, is where I found myself drawn in by the charm of Nico, a bartender extraordinaire. He introduced me to their latest craft cocktail featuring blood orange, concocted by the talented Kristy. This drink was nothing short of perfection, a testament to the expertise behind their entire drink program.
